We are an exchanger, and it is difficult for us to work with amounts less than 30 $ because most of the funds will then go to the commission of exchanges, as we do not have our own reserves.

Everything seems to be working fine now, thanks for the update.

If it's possible to lower the minimum deposit that would attract more users, for example when I checked USDT the min deposit is $33 but on the conventional exchange we can see way lowers than this amount.

Or is there any reason it shouldn't be lowered?

That's right and thanks for the clarification. I don't have deep knowledge about revenue generation in this model, which raised the question in the first place.

I have an idea about making the deposit amount lower not sure that's realistic to implement but let me spit it out, if you can batch out multiple TXs then I guess it is possible to lower the deposit amount let's say 10 UST for example so that it needs 3 users to make the deposit to meet the minimum deposit criteria. in this method the conversion may took longer but for small amounts I guess that's okay.

During the next month we will connect other merchants and will be able to offer the exchange of smaller amounts, it will be easier that way

Not a first time user of the exchange and I must admit alot of improvements have gone into making the exchange into a fully functional platform that’s acceptable by everyone. Last time out the platform had lots of Russian based images for users that were looking at the English version and seems it's still there but won't be bothered as exchange process is straightforward .

Cookie notifications were missing before and being a platform serving an international market this was a must have but team being a listening one swang into action and did the needful which I can confirm is available now, which is another win for team thechange.ltd and clients.

And being a Bestchange user, if it’s not out of the teams reach it would be nice to see thechange.ltd appearing here just to grow their user base and ultimately is a win-win situation as it works in their favour being listed on an exchange directory.

For your Attention 

Something I have found to be a bug is the toggle between light mode and dark mode, for some reason when you toggle site to dark mode the icon too does disappear which isn't suppose to happen as a user would want to toggle back and this just disappeares and if you don't remember where this icon is found then you get stuck.

Secondly, for the signup process email confirmations are never sent out to clients after account creation and thought it's standard for these to go out.

On the same issue of signups, it would be nice to have a realtime feedback system of if user uses login credentials that dont exist in your database its suppose to say something like user doesnt exist or "incorrect username or password , please  try again" but unfortunately nothing of this kind happens.



And as a bonus , protection of user data is very important in today's digital age and it would be nice to have the 2fa feature on the exchange to enhance security .

Otherwise overall user experience was smooth as exchange process went well with no problems whatsoever.

In this case it works just like Jambler where if you want to get some more money by selling coins to them then they have to be of a certain quality. Actually I might even say this is better because there is no fee or penalty subtracted from the returned amount in your service.

That's a valid point but if it's possible then you guys should try to at least decrease the minimum amount to around $10 and if not possible then at least $20. However, for those who don't care much about the minimum should be okay with $30.

I used the service to exchange ltc it was really fast but I also would suggest you should work out on your minimum exchange to lower it on alternate coins.
