I am not a supporter of rewarding users for saying something nice about the service. But you are right, it has become commonplace and many people use such a technique. That's why review services like Trustpilot are becoming less and less relevant.

You only had a few reviews earlier, and then in a short period, a large number of newly created accounts come to leave feedback on your page. It certainly doesn't seem organic and I'm not surprised that Trustpilot removed such reviews.
