Just being a holder is not a bad thing, because we can still get benefits from it all. but if you have experience and expertise as a trader we can do daily trading, it all depends on our respective abilities. I sometimes do both, but more often just being a holder.

For me being a trader is not easy, what is easy is being an investor because the only thing you have to have is patience until the price of the stock, let's say "bitcoin" goes up, because that is where you will have benefits, being an investor is always much easier, but not for traders, because traders will always have difficulties, doing everything possible to do things better and faster, if the trend is down then you win on the downside (they will be forced to do so) otherwise they must follow the line of least resistance to always be there winning.

There are a couple of books that are always good to read, and I always recommend them, read the books by Jesse Livermore whenever you can, because he was a man who always traded and traded in the best markets, the good thing about those books is that he always tells things as they happened to him, and those experiences are what he really teaches , he says how he thought and how he did , how he did each operation, I think that's where you learn the most, his analysis and how he could see beyond, I think that all those criteria help us operate, I think that's why trading is a little difficult, because in the end what you lose is money.

If everyone turns out to be profitable on their trading then we cant be able to imagine on how this market works as everyone is really that making money, with that alone then
you could really be able to say thats not how market works on which if there's someone who do make money then there's someone who do loses up money on the other side.
This is why it would be better that you shouldnt really be that making yourself delusional because if you do then you are really that prone into that too much expectation
and this might lead up into disappointment on the time that you've been slapped by the reality.

I mean, I simply shared how I tried to guide my cousin that he should not trade without knowledge and that the market is not always going to make a profit because there is loss too, and without knowledge, the chances of losing money are 90%. In the past when I learned trading also from YouTube and PDF, I started learning and practicing. Often experienced losses but then I tried to diversify because I think using several potential coins makes it easier for me to get profit and minimize the risk of loss. I used to have a mentor, my best friend but after I started to understand trading I finally made my own analysis and strategy.

Well since you are new to crypto trading and may possibly nit have any experience at all when it comes to trading first thing you should do iis to learn more about trading
Know that as a beginner you are most likely going to encounter losses after losses and may feel the need to give up but with time,patience and consistency you should be able to overcome
That aside take your time learning the fundamental and the basics of crypto trading

It is better if we do not have experience and expertise in future trading, we should not try it, because we will experience losses. I focus more on holding for the medium term and sometimes also trade when I have free time. I have been doing this for the past 8 years and I enjoy the results of my trading and can increase my crypto assets.

Delusional on the sense that you are thinking that trading is really that an easy thing specially on making profits. We do know that the primary target that we do have when dealing up with this market is to make money. Just like on what been said above that it will really be that better that you should really be wary on how this market works and be wise on every decisions that you are making. I never said that trading is easy and we can make profit from it all the time although our aim is to make a profit from all of our trades and we always try to increase our profit and reduce our loss by timing the market. Knowledge is the main factor that we all should have if we want to make money from trading.

It is true that trading isn't easy to do. Although we have proper knowledge, it is not enough to succeed in trading, we also need a good experience. Both knowledge and experience are needed in trading, this is the main factors to increase the chance of success. If we have good experience, I am very sure we also have good mentality. Sometimes the weak of mentality lead to a severe lose in crypto trading, that's why the mentality aspect is also necessary.
