Is this "Quote" a Bug?

When I was walking around the forum and I found a lot of events going on, like the event from Mixero and then I asked about the rules for the event, check here.
Then I went back to reading the event topic on the main page and I found this quote mark. :

You can try to click the "quote" button to check the actual post. This is probably a user's error, by copy-pasting posts (the disclaimer where Royse included it always on his campaign/contest post) and included end quote tag by mistake.

I thought it was a bug from the forum or there was a system error from the forum because I noticed there was a floating "quote" text. If it was true that the answer was due to user error, I thought it would be fine and no problem. What I'm afraid of is that I experienced a fatal error in opening the forum, especially that thread.

Fatal error or 5xx error code shows different a page, and you will not see any user post. Whenever you experience such error page what you can do is to take screenshot, check the datetime and post/report it here after you can access the site again.

Okay, if later I find an Error for this forum I will report it in this subforum but so far I have not found a fatal error. It's just that yesterday I saw a "quote" that was detached from the post, I thought it was a Bug. So, I immediately asked in this forum and that to find my curiosity.
