All in all, I think Solana is very well positioned and at the price it is now a good investment. Many people may be thinking to invest that if the market falls further, that opportunity may come or not, so I think it is best to buy from the current price. Solana is currently at $155. But if the market rises and starts bullish then Solana Coin will increase its price a lot so if you want to invest you can do it now because now is the best time to invest.

Keep holding your solana, dude. Because next year the price of solana could possibly reach $200. I am also still holding my solana and my plan is to sell it after it reaches ATH, because we know that solana's ATH is $260. Although there is still a big difference with the current solana price at $154, but when bitcoin reaches a new ATH, I think the price of solana will follow suit.
Solana is still a potential coin to hold for the long term, because the solana network is still popular and will become more popular in the next few years.

SOLANA is undoubtedly a good coin that no one can distrust and it is in the crypto market with a huge marketcap. And it's already a big competitor to BNB. And SOL is so powerful that it may rival Ethereum in the future. So if one is financially strong enough then he should buy and hold SOL for long term.  But there are risks here too, I am not giving financial advice to anyone.
