Another scam to watch out for is deepfake videos scam, scammers are using this a lot, they use the deepfake technology to impersonate popular individuals, and in the video these individuals would offer a crypto doubling giveaway, meaning whoever sends anything, gets double of it back, it is a scam, don't fall for it.

Good information, there are currently many fraud methods. Including the one you mentioned fraud with the deep fake video method that disguises itself as a famous person by offering crypto duplication, this is like something that will trick newbies if they are not careful they will fall into this trap.

Absolutely correct, newbies have always been the target of hackers and Scammers in the space because of their inexperience and guidance. For this, they learn it the hard way loosing their assets and funds to Scammers. This is why we should always  try our best to guide people who are new to the space whenever they seek for information and help from us because they know nothing much about how the system works and this Same reasons Scammers do use taking advantage of their poor knowledge about Crypto.
It is better for newbies to find out and learn from seniors who have known crypto for a long time so that they understand the tricks of the scammers. Because newbies will always be an easy target for scammers, because they do not have experience.

It is true that newbies are prone to scammers because they are inexperienced. Newbies are easily entangled in such situations because they have no knowledge about how the system works and most times some of the newbies have nobody to guide them through because they found their way into the system themselves and this makes them learn it the hard way by loosing alot to scammers but if a newbie is being guided by a senior in the industry, that newbie would not fall prey to scams.
It is better for newbies to always find out by asking seniors, because seniors will share their experiences about crypto so that newbies do not become victims of the scammers market. Newbies need experience and knowledge about crypto and can be smarter in transacting and not easily fooled.
I agree with everything you said about newbies avoiding scams, but it’s not just the newbies who are vulnerable scammers target experts too. While the chances of experts getting scammed are lower, it still happens. That’s why even experienced users should slow down a bit before making any click or tap on their screens.

Most of the time, experts move so quickly on their devices that they accidentally click on something they shouldn’t, and that’s when things go wrong. Scammers are always trying their luck with all kinds of crypto users, but they usually target high-profile individuals with lots of money. However, scamming smaller wallets often proves more useful for them.

Scammers always try their luck on every body as long as they believe they can get at anybody irrespective of the amount their target has.  It is true that not only newbies are scammed but also established members who are fully into crypto and are experts. Some times it happens as mistake unknown to them while carrying out other task online and they might have clicked link just as you have said.

I have heard of big names that got scammed online and these are the people you would least think would get scammed so easily but they end up falling victim of such occurrences. That's why it is good to be stable and calm minded while  surfing the internet so that you do not make costly mistakes that could cause you your fortune.

I just amazed sometimes with the skills of scammers. If they hadn’t scam other people they may had use their skill in good way maybe they can earn much more.

You may be so much aware of scams. But scammers aren’t sit and lay down,  they are continuously trying new methods to scam people. Belive it or not they works so heard to steal your money.

I got scammed once in wallet by connecting my wallet in 3rd party. It was my first experience and by then I learned a lot.

with the very high value of BTC many people want to have a lot of money but they want to get money instantly and don't want to put in the effort, so they think so they plan to make plans to cheat people who have crypto assets so they can have assets the crypto they are aiming for. nowadays technology is getting more sophisticated and even fraudsters are also taking advantage of technology now and it is even easy for them to take someone's assets without the other person's knowledge, but we have to be careful in interacting with someone even if there are advertisements or attractive offers to make money. because now people are clever scams with everything to get money.

Scammers look more into trends to make there way than the trucks itself. Have you noticed that ever since telegram mini games started and the fugazi on the airdrops has made alot of scammers to launch different telegram mini games and this is because they want to scam people and the sad thing about them is that a lot of folks don't even know they are wasting there time.

I remember when we had NFTs here trending at every corner of this board, many scammers were minting different aidrops because they want to scam people and many people bought Gif and different images just because they want to become the new Punk in the opensea but they loss their money to scam projects because there NFTs weren't value.

Everyone has been a victim of cryptocurrency scams at one time or another.  It happens often.  These scams are often in the case of meme coins. Most of the coins that show a lot of temptation are scams. Those who are new are victims of it. Those who can't control the temptation are also victims of this scam. Most of the people in many campaigns.  Fall into this trap and lose money.  Moreover, there are many other types of scams. So be aware. Do not expect much greed or profit.

Good information, there are currently many fraud methods. Including the one you mentioned fraud with the deep fake video method that disguises itself as a famous person by offering crypto duplication, this is like something that will trick newbies if they are not careful they will fall into this trap.
Yeah, though i find it amazing, but people still fall for it often. People who fall for crypto doubling scam are greedy people, there is no other way to explain it, someone who is not greedy would not believe that if they send money to someone, the person would send them double of what they sent, this should be a very easy scam to spot. If people can work on their greed, they are closer to safety from scammers.

Video scam occurring most especially on youtube, newbies have to be informed that not everything they come across wit online are genuine and true, those with the intention of scam will have their own plan and method of operandi to use, and once we fall in for such attempt, then we are already scammed, but no matter how the influencers on youtube make a promotion, that could not be a driving force on us in going for such.

True. Scammers work hard. I have already shared this before, but I want to share it again. Once I used owlto.finance to bridge ETH from the ERC20 chain to the Blast chain but I did not receive my ETH for some reason. So, I had to join Owlto finance Discord server to get support from Owlto finance team. As soon as I sent my message on the general chat, a scammer responded within 10 seconds gave me a link to a server named Support, and asked me to create a ticket. I knew that it was a scam attempt. The point I am making is, that scammers are more faster and active than the moderators who work on those servers.

Fraudsters will never run out of ideas to always study the condition of their victims, so if we are not careful we will definitely fall into their trap, because of the sophistication of fraudsters, sometimes even those of us who are careful can still be fooled, if they are neat in approaching their targets

Totally right.
We should all stay vigilant during any case that seems too good to be true ;D
That way, our funds will be protected.

Video scam occurring most especially on youtube,
Yeah, also on X too, there are many newbies who join crypto channels on Youtube and X, they think there is an opportunity to make easy money from crypto, they think the crypto industry is a get rich quick scheme, so when they see these deepfake scams, they think it is an opportunity for them to double their money, but it is only an opportunity for them to get scammed.
