How to buy Ethereum in August 2024?

Another crash with Ethereum price and last hours ago drop until $2310 and I think best time for accumulating, but seeing Ethereum recovery again above $3k seems difficult and take longer time after many time failure reach higher price and bitcoin still not stable yet. I tried purchasing on $2400 but only few minutes later after my purchasing Ethereum price drop significant and wish not become long term holding with my target selling above $2,5k.

During bitcoin price not stable yet I don't sure with potential for Ethereum will raise up higher price, many time bitcoin get recovering but Ethereum looks stable and difficult break out.

The movement of Ethereum seems very slowly recently than bitcoin get recovery few percent yesterday, late moment bitcoin success break above $61k but Ethereum can follow how faster bitcoin recovery because price still dump under $2,3k and difficult returning back to higher price.
Need more patience waiting Ethereum return back to their top perform usually not get difficult recovery when bitcoin have good movement raise to higher price, maybe waiting with bitcoin potential break above $67k or $70k to see Ethereum raise strong above 43k.
