Well, the French national team is still performing well even though Mbappe is absent during the international break this time. Both Mbappe and Lukaku seem like they want to focus a little more on their respective new clubs for now.

It is good that the French team have progressed past the dependency on one player to help them. It is a quality team, and even the like of William Saliba in defense and others in midfield can turn up and score for France in games where the attackers cannot. That is the level of good that the team is at currently.

Spain are leading in their game with a late goal from Zubimendi, else this game with Denmark would have been without a goal because they have defended well.

In other news, Ronaldo cannot stop scoring, he records another international goal.

Ronaldo made another history as Portugal beat Poland by 3 goals to 1 in Poland. One thing about Ronaldo is that he makes history anytime he plays football. His goal counts is increased to 907 goals and it seems that the numbers are adding so fast. This means he can achieve his 1000 career goals.
Another interesting match was Spain Vs Denmark which was fierced but in the end Spain managed to steal the 3 points.
Today, I'll see how England will fare and the involvement of Cole Palmer in the team. I can't wait, maybe Southgate would be justified.

Who else but Ronaldo having a fine run of form as usual, even as he is getting older he doesn’t see to be slowing down. In todays UNL matches Portugal was able to defeat their opponent Poland, it seem like an easy win for them but the match was interesting as always and Ronaldo got his goal again. He have scored in all 5 matches he played last in all competitions and he doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon, if he keeps up this form he might end up winning the highest goal scorer award again in the Spl league and even achieve the 1000 career goals mark in no time.

Portugal played a perfect performance against Scotland but no goal . So unfortunate, Portugal really did their perfect best and a lot of shots against Scotland and much attacks but it wasn’t enough for goal Ronaldo heard a bad game today though no goal he was so pissed off after the match he really perform a great service even on his old age .
Scotland : Portugal - 0:0 it was a draw . Rafealeo really did a great impact on todays match by some kicks and passes he perform well . If Joe Felix was been in match so soon he would bring positive results he is a great player that controls midfield and played a perfect game.

Scotland will celebrate this draw as a win because Portugal's players are stronger than Scotland even in terms of quality. Scotland approached this game with different mindsets, and that's why they were able to stop the Portuguese; they created some opportunities and chances of their own but couldn't finish off; They were more focused on defending, it is better a draw for them than a loss.

Scotland's defense, which is quite tight, is really difficult to penetrate. And actually the attacks built by Scotland in the first half really always surprise me. because they managed to penetrate Portugal's defense several times and got through the offside trap well. In this match there was also a misunderstanding which resulted in the free kick that Portugal received being in vain. Cristiano Ronaldo laughed during the match. Because it does get a little funny. All I can say is that both teams played very well.

It's just that the shooting accuracy of the Portuguese players in this match was quite poor and not as good as usual.
It wasn't just CR7 who wasted opportunities but all the players did it in that match. But strangely, all the players seemed to enjoy the game very well. I think Scotland really needs to get some appreciation for that. Because it is not easy to prevent Portugal from scoring a single goal against them.

Scotland knew their role in the game and played it well. Their goalkeeper was also really active all through the game.

I guess the Scotland manager easily accepted the truth even before the game, because there was no way his team would have defeated the Portugal side. A good defensive ball was their game plan, and all thanks to the referee that didn't go too hard on the Scottish players. CR7 was literally frustrated and even complaining after the end of the game, because the Portugal side had more of the ball possession, but I guess a draw was enough for the Scottish side.

But, I've always noticed one surprising thing about the Scottish side. They always score against their opponent, but most times loses the game at full time. Don't really know, but it seems they are not good at securing a win for themselves.
