Best Time to Invest in Bitcoin??

Realistically, you won't know where the - bottom - is, so you should buy no matter the price, with the fixated amount of funds in mind.
That's how I think it should be done.

I know by using technical analysis, but this is just a prediction that there may be some inconsistencies.
But I will not buy anywhere at the price with the DCA I apply, I will only buy when the DCA period has to be done and the price reaches its lowest point.

It is impossible for me to buy when the market is high and there is a potential for a deeper decline.

I haven't heard or seen this kind of analysis before. Saying that 4yrs is a short term investment period for bitcoin. I have been regarding 4 to 5 yrs to be a long term investment plan for bitcoin and I am yet to change my mind. 4 to 5 years is not only a long term investment plan, but I consider it to be the best plan of only you could be a good timer. Imagine buying at the bear of a particular circle and sell at the bull of the same circle and start again to buy with DCA for the next circle. This is a perfect arrangement if it could be timed very well.

I am not a fan of holding BTC and it will rise very high and fall back while still holding it.

Well, coming to the entry and exit mechanism in the market does seem to need a proper strategy and adherence to the same. It is still crucial for us to remember such peculiarities of the market as it has a complex of factors that is not always comprehensible; still, you are to have some principles and not be guided by the price changes. Staying consistent and following the plan or investment aims set out should be considered key when it comes to obtaining good results. That way we won’t be so quick to adapt to the constant changes in the market which are often insignificant in the long-run.

Yes you should continue depositing bitcoins with DCA method because this method is the easiest and if you have limited discretionary income you can deposit any amount of bitcoins every week or month and in the long term you can get a huge bitcoin pile through this process. Depositing Bitcoins with the DCA method minimizes your investment risk as your portfolio shows an average value over a combination of different prices and you can profit from multiple cycles.

The best would be to buy BTC once or twice a month, no matter the price.

Good for rich person considering investing carelessly without analyzing patterns and candles... Mate even Robert K share his sentiment to invest in Bitcoin with advice to "invest low sell high." Not invest buy even twice a month no matter what the price is.

short term 4 years and medium term 10 years, you said. That's not all long term, dude. because for me medium term is 1 year and long term is 3 years. I don't think long term 10 years because I only follow the 4 year cycle. I never leave my bitcoin when the bullish season ends because I will buy more bitcoin during the bearish season.

So it is good to use DCA method to invest. If you invest using DCA method, the success of that investment can be found a lot. I also agree with you, definitely the best time to invest in Bitcoin was in the past when Bitcoin was 15K. who investor have been investing in Bitcoin since then, they have benefited greatly now and will continue to benefit even more in the future. But those of us who haven't invested since then can't get that opportunity back no matter how hard we try, so instead of dwelling on the past right now, we need to start investing now so that we can profit from future opportunities. Otherwise we will regret this time in the future, just as we regret the past at this time. So start investing consistently from now there is no fixed time limit for investment, you can start investing from any time, just need to continue investing consistently and of course investing and holding in DCA method.

Investing on bitcoin always a good decision if you do it for long term. I think we need to find a chance always where we can get entry and exit. If you have enough capital and invest ot on with proportion or DCA method as you mentioned it will help you to get a good profit any time. Though it always good to invest for long term but also you need to have a exit plan, It will help you to fulfil yu target and also make good profit from the market before going down once again. We need to remind it always that crypto and bitcoin is a high volatile choice so you need to active on the market to catch each every chance you get. I am not expecting much at this moment. I wanted to check why Bitcoin's price suddenly started to rise again, as the market has been in the red for the last couple of days. I figured out that BlackRock released a new 9-page called Bitcoin Whitepaper, which has increased the confidence of investors.  I found that news on Cointelegraph BTC rallies past $62.6K after BlackRock issues Bitcoin white paper

Why you don't expect much? If you checked the price of Bitcoin today, it could reach above $66k again. I think it is a great progress of Bitcoin price, it crossed $65k in a short time and passed $66k immediately. If there is no change in Bitcoin trend, it must have a chance to retest to $70k in the beginning of the next month.

Bitcoin whitepaper?
Not sure what BlackRock does on Bitcoin. However, we don't feel worried as long as it is good news.
