Can the top traded memecoins continue to be the top traded in the near future?

As of time, we see $DOGECOIN, $SHIBA, $PEPE etc ranking top traded memecoins in the Crypto market due to their recovery strength in respect to market trends and other major factors. And as things are going further, we see new memecoins storming the Crypto market and more likely to come in future.
Can these memecoins holding the position as top traded coins be able to hold on to this position in near future? Or the newcomers will make changes..

         -      The ones you mentioned OP are clearly old top meme coins in the market, and it can be said if there is really something to be given to its holders who believe in this bull run that we are facing at this time, while we are in a temporary bearish momentum right now for awhile.

Although there are actually other meme coins now that are new but still in the top listing in the market, which can be considered due to the size of the marketcap it has accumulated in the crypto space. You will also see its potential in the future.

To be a top meme coins it requires that the meme coins should have a good 24/hour trading volume and marketcap comparable to the others coins. You can actually know the top meme coins whether old or new, if it can be found on Coinmarketcap ranking. A meme coins without competitive trading volumes may not be regarded as top a Meme coins in my opinion.
In addition, the old meme coins may not continue to be at top because any new memecoins can overtake the old memes at any time especially if the new memes come with good promoters just like Dogecoin is constantly being promoted by Elon Musk.

This is the time for memecoin hence people who got the money to invest are buying, trading memecoins where they expect to make more money compared to traditional investment vehicles. Indeed, it is with memecoin where one can experience the joy of x10, x100 and x1000. To the question whether the future will also be infected with the memecoin virus, am sure nobody can really answer that question with 100% accuracy. We don't know what can be years from now but one thing for sure is that there will always be memecoins to be included in the cryptocurrency industry mix. They will still be there into the future but the level of excitement and acceptance may not. It will depend on the community because we know that meme coins heavily relies on the community behind it. Larger community, higher chance that it's market cap will sustain or even grow up and vice-versa.

In the past, we don't see SHIBA and PEPE on the top. A few years ago, SHIBA out of nowhere reached the top 20 and even the top 10 at one point and nobody expected that to happen. We've seen PEPE clinching on the top as well even though the token has no use case and not transparent at all. These 2 meme coins might remain at the top if the community will grow.

I expect more meme coins will join the top 100 in terms of market cap in the future. WIF and BONK already did although they aren't stable yet.

I have notice that coins that comes as wave do has their time, look at most of the Defi tokens that were launched during the last bull run, majority are dead and the ones alive don't get patronage buy from traders and investors because they are wave that came and gone and so are these meme tokens especially those one on Solana chain where people where scamming each other.

I think Doge coin might remain relevant for some time because of Elon Musk influence, there is high chance of Doge going up of his stock later get hype again in the future and considering now that he is willing to serve if Donald Trump wins, Doge might have a chance again if things go there ways.

I have two of the ones you mentioned, except for Dogecoin. That's because Shiba and Pepe are my priorities right now. When I meet the number I need for Shiba and Pepe, I will follow Doge. Actually, I have many other things I want to do with dca, to be honest.

And some of them are Trx, Pol that used to be matic, Bnb, Not, floki, and bonk. I just hope I have enough time and money to buy them at the right time and season.
