I have read the article and I see that the project seems to be asking for support from the community. In the screenshot it also shows that the vote is 1200 out of 1205, I also don't know if the vote is free or paid. Maybe the vote uses Cardano coin payments.
I also see that there are 6 benefits given by this vote and I see that the voting is also limited, it seems that those who are quick to vote will get the benefits. With the presence of voting, it seems that it should provide a positive benefit to the price of Cardano coins.
