Pages take more time than usual

I don't know anyone else facing this but since yesterday pages are taking more time to load even on normal browsers like Chrome.

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and I tried on multiple devices, every other page works just fine but only the forum is taking so long so if anyone felt the same way please report it here.

Do you still face this problem after posting this thread?. I did try to access other threads, pages of the forum after reading this thread but everything loads just right, no delay, lag, or what.

I had no problems with the loading speed of the pages on the forum even if I use Tor. If no one else has complained about such a problem, then it is possible that it is something specific for you or maybe for your region in relation to this forum - maybe it has something to do with Cloudflare (the forum uses their service, right?).

The problem has been on and off since yesterday and first I thought there might be some behind actions are happening from admin but it's less likely when no one reported that's why I decided to raise my concern.

Weird and possibly true cause once I had error 522 while browsing without VPN but with VPN I can able to surf pages normally so my something ISP is doing, huh.

I surfed the forum for hours yesterday and even same on Wednesday, however I really didn't notice any glitches or slow loading throughout my surf.  Anyways I think you should check the browser you are making use of, sometimes cache problems can reduce your surfing speed I suggest you try clearing it or you check the VPN you are making use of (that's if you use one) . Did you notice similar slow problems on other forums and sites?

If not then it could be a problem from here, I bet admin should have noticed and fixed it too  hopefully he notices he was mentioned here.

I don't use TOR very often for the particular reason of slow loading and ofcourse it's the best in terms of privacy but got used to fast surfing so can't resist the usage normally and also I spent more time on visiting various pages, boards on reading itself but again I had this issue today but now normal again so I hope it's just a temporary thing.

I faced something similar to what you posted but I can’t remember if it happened yesterday or two days ago when I was surfing through the forum. I even had a post written to be submitted but the delay in response made it not to load and while trying to reload the page, they all wiped out. It was temporary though before everything went back normal but I actually experienced that too. It may be that it was the same time I was also accessing the forum that you also did, many members won’t experience if they were not online when that happened since it was just temporary.

Everything works fine and all pages open super fast for me today, maybe it was some temporary issue for you.
It would be great if we could have separate status page with updates posted when something was not working or if there was some maintenance work.
Maybe that could be useful information to see in news bar.

It's been working normally here all week, both at home, at work and on mobile, which are all the ways I access Altcoinstalk.
Rarely does it slow down, but it's usually my provider.

For me the forum has been working pretty well without any slowdowns. I guess it's an issue that's from your own end not a forum's issue. I believe sometimes when load gets high on forum then that might happen but for me it has been working smoothly without any issue or slowdowns.

There are times when I experience a serious connection error trying to log into this forum, but I just give it some time after which it passes. If you experience longer time for pages to load, I am sure it is just a temporary thing.

I did not experience any slow pages as at the time I was online yesterday when this post was made. Maybe it is a location thing.

Like many of you mentioned it's probably my ISP, it loads fine with VPN but without VPN takes hell lot of time so I am using VPN at the moment and it works butter smooth so it concludes there is nothing wrong from the forum side and if anyone having the same issue as me just do the same, use VPN or TOR.

I want to keep this thread open because I'm curious why only altcoinstalk because I never had any problem with bitcointalk, so that rules out my ISP is restricting crypto sites.

I have experienced this also a couple of times. When I open Altcoinstalks, it will delay abnormal to respond. I'll try some few other sites and they work smoothly, I'll simply walk away and return later and it will work. It happens to me mostly in the afternoon, that's why I now use here mostly at night. But it wasn't so when I was newly teleported.

What browser are you using, did you try to access the forum from different browser? Sometimes its just a browser's cache and cookie problems only if the internet connection is not a problem. Now thinking about that time range only  (afternoon) maybe it's forum issue. But so far in my part, i never experienced it, of course i'm not online most of the time here only 2-4 hours.
