What if the Account Owner Dies?

I agree with you for intervention problems with members but the problem is those who have good names, famous, integrity, founders of forums such as admins, staff, moderators. If the admin, staff, moderator have died, will the Altcoinstalks Forum continue to be active as usual? What about the database? How about the Altcoinstalks website payment?

Is the admin dies, the forum will probably go offline because nobody would be paying for its costs. Nothing is free in this life...

Oh My God, are you serious? Are you serious that if Admin dies, the altcoinstalks forum will stop operating?
Is there another solution so that the altcoinstalks forum can continue to live even if the admin dies one day?

It's just a speculation/possibility. It could be different if,
1. Admin already write a will which hand this forum to someone else who wish to keep it running.
2. Admin already share access to both server and domain to someone else.

As individuals we have made plans for succession in our families and businesses, let alone the admin. Anyone who should be an admin if this kind of groups should be a smart person. Just like theymos of BTT, some people also raise a similar question there. But I'm confident he made some plans.
Also admin here has the president, the vice president, the 2nd to 5th president and more. So, they must have thought about this.

So I don't understand what special treatment the OP is talking about. All I know is that we can only see that it has not been active for a few months or even years, that we are not sure if the owner of the account is still alive or dead; that's the only thing we can think of.

It is obligatory for all members who die to come forward and confirm it so that we can change their status on the forum.

If the administrator does not fulfill requirement X (send an email, answer a question...) for a certain period of time, all the necessary information about the servers and the domain will be sent to a certain person through a smart contract.

The way I see some managers are been active here on the forum, the few ones I know and see around here has one or two friends from their local board they look upto and communicate even outside the forum. Sometimes, when a manager has not made payment or sick, he usually reach out to one person to make announcement on behalf of him.

This makes sense, because as far as I know in the real world, famous people definitely have a lot of connections. In digital forums, there should be at least 1 friend who is close to them in the real world because if something urgent happens, they will definitely let you know, especially if the member is highly dedicated to altcoinstalks.

If the statement you said is in line with the forum leaders who have high dedication, that's very good because my basic question is only the continuation of this forum if they die and a special badge/ticker for those who have died as a tribute.

Between the choice of leaving my account alone or having to train my wife and children about what a forum account is, how to protect it, and sign the address as proof of ownership... I choose the first option.

Why is there so much drama about ordinary accounts? They may have some value, but the probability that anyone close to me will continue to use them is zero.

If I choose an answer like you said, it seems like I also don't provide too much important information about the intercourse between the forum and the real world. I think I am too old now to be in the digital world. Thank you for your advice, I will note.
Btw for all, I only give advice to all forum officials (Staff , Moderator , President , VC President , etc) if there are forum officials who died given respect for tickers/symbols/badges such as past roses or whatever that members have died and have many services to the Altcounstalks Forum.

Actually I think this is fully depend on that member and his or her family If he is really an honest person, he will make arrangements in advance, he will tell his family or friends when he is sick or what to do in his absence. And moreover some times we have to face loss and it is also a reality that we have to accept that this loss recovery is not possible.
Also, regarding accounts, I would say that forum communities are nothing like property for which the person's children or spouse will get later after death.  It would be better to name the account archival if the account owner dies.

Someone who's no more may not get any special treatment other than a ban because they aren't going to come back but surely their memories and posts will remain on the forum for long term.

I also tend to ban the account if the member dies early on, because it is simple to respect him who has been active in the forum and his account must also be rested or banned.

We don't even have a measure to know between when an account holder is inactive from when he dies, all we see being translated to us is their inactivity on the forum, except when they have someone who could come over here to report about them, if such user never handles his account to anyone before his demise, then the account should be treated as being gone for life.

Lately I came to understand that those accounts that were accused of changed hands were probably given to someone else probably because the owner was tired to post at time or he or she was busy doing other work so the write with the person who managed the account at that became different and once the forum users notice that the owner is no longer handling the account again and once the owner notice the accusation then he or she would take over the account again and signed message. That is what I thought of.

The only thing that can confirm the account owner has died is a valid report from people around them. Usually in a region, there is a separate discussion group to exchange news between members, so other users who know their friends have died will usually create a thread report on the forum and if many people report that the report is valid, then the admin can take action...

So far, we cannot detect whether the account owner has died except from reports from people around them. And to avoid false reports, there must be other members who validate it too... it would be better if there was proof.

I think you are talking about someone else's account because AFAIK that account was not given neutral tag because it changed hands and it didn't singed a message but the account was given neutral tag from the lender as he has the right to give negative tag even but due to the respect (I think) he gave neutral tag.

But if you are talking about someone's story, then okay. I agree with you because there are many such cases but I mentioned the one I hear recently.
