Since the price of Bitcoin is likely to cross $100k this year or next year, we can say that Bitcoin's bull run is about to start. But I will not call the current time as eternally bearish because now its price is close to ATH. At any time it has the ability to create new ATH again. Compared to other years, the upcoming bull run is likely to be longer. We may see such a market trend after the US election.

The best strategy right now is to accumulate more coins that you believe will reach a new ATH again later and provide more profits.

As with Bitcoin which now continues to print new ATH.
If you buy from scratch when the price of Bitcoin is still around $20k, this will be a definite profit because the price of bitcoin is getting stronger.

I don't compare the current bullrun with the previous bullrun, but I agree that this is a big bullrun. It is just amazing that we almost reach $100k, it is just about the time to see Bitcoin price $100k. Sure, everyone is waiting for $100k, we already wait for this price since the previous bullrun season. I really hope we successfully reach $100k in this bullrun season. Someone supported by Trump will take the power and since Trump has expressed a wide support for crypto and with him is a crypto enthusiast, Elon Musk, we will definitely find positive aspects of Bitcoin next year. If Bitcoin did not have strong holders at the level it has reached now, the Bitcoin price would never have increased. Therefore, it will be difficult to expect the bull market to end very soon. In every cycle then we could really be able to assume that it would really be that something more bigger but of course there's no guarantee that it would really be that be on this way on which there' no one on this world would be able to know on whats the things that would happen ahead. I am also waiting for Gary Gendsler to leave the SEC soon, possibly in January next year after Trump is inaugurated as US president. because so far Gendsler has not supported crypto and has always hindered crypto projects. this is what makes people dislike Gendsler because he is considered unwise.

China is pumping and if this is what economists are saying, it must be bull market again!  So many factors are already telling us market movers are active. The prices of altcoins however is not running up high, it only looks like some group are pumping the tokens.

Don't go all in. That's what they advice to investors today, just keep at least a remarkable amount of your money with you.

When bitcoin's dominance goes down, it will be a real bullish trend for altcoins and some altcoins have also started to reach new ATH. Now it remains only to see how the crypto market will react to the improving state of the economy.

We do not know yet if it will reach $100k because it is currently in the retest phase, but if it breaks the previous ATH, expect a price surge above $100k.

However, the volume still low compared to the past few weeks so I feel that this retest this week will fail and it will decline until $92k level. It is just my guess; it could change later because news also has an impact on the BTC price.
