I think people still can submit their prediction before 00:00 25th October. In OP, it is stated the second prediction available until 24th. It means the second prediction is acceptable as long as it is 24th October.

10:00 UTC is just for the target time for our prediction (30th October). But the latest day for submitting the second prediction isn't 10:00 UTC of 24th October.

I think the pay out time at 10:00am UTC is the only thing at that time .

Yeah  I thought I could be helpful with the listing but so many errors in posting here it seems listing does not help people enough to stop the errors.

Two posts in two weeks, not that the tasks are too demanding. People are just lazy and the fact that they don't read the rules is just a disrespect of the contest they are entering.
In the end, it suits me that there are more ivalid predictions, my chances of winning increase
