I want to appeal for plagiarism and I am really sorry it was very unfortunate . I want a removal of the plagiarism strike pls am very sorry it was so unfortunate. I promise not to repeat it again and I apologize.
Am willing to abide by the rules and regulations,I am very sorry once more . I will be very glad if my request is being take into consideration am very sorry . Thanks once again

Given this user has positive karma and is therefore eligible to appeal such a strike, I think resetting karma & points to zero to have strike removed would be a fair punishment here.

I'd like to believe this user has learnt their lesson here and otherwise done the right thing by appealing this in the forum court.

Although I agree with dragononcrypto that a Karma and points reset could be a solution considering that you have realized your mistake and that it will not happen again, it is not my decision, it is the judges who must decide and say if they agree with that punishment or not.

As for now I see that you still practice double posting from which I once warned you...

We will. No need to hurry. Meanwhile you can communicate on the forum without any restrictions, you are not banned from that. It would be much easier to make a decision if the judges will see that you improved your behavior already.

However, let me remind the topicstarter that the removal of any badge is not a guarantee that another badge won't be imposed for new violations, so it is important to remain within the rules. It will be more difficult to remove badges again.

I only come to confirm what Jokers said correctly, removing a badge from a profile is not a guarantee that others cannot be received, even with greater difficulty in removing them since the user should have learned something with the first sanction. The more badges a user accumulates, the harder it is to remove them.

As a judge you are able to make this decision on your own as a reminder, followed by making request to admin to implement any punishment on the technical side

Not sure where the other judges are, but it's been over a week and there hasn't been any input so I think a decision either way would be better than waiting for any potential further input.

I understand sir I have abide by the rules now and I will surely prevent any thing that will end up with punishment in this forum so please when will my badge be removed it been more than some weeks now and I have really learnt my lessons please can my strike be removed
