Karma associated to post

the demand to have karma associated to the post have been taken in consideration.

A solution was deployed on a test website > it worked almost flawlessly
same solution deployed on second test website > did not work at all

removing the solution on both websites created serious database error
(both websites are test copies of this forum)

hence implementation on live website have been delayed indefinitely as a lot further testing is required.

It's good to know that you have taken that into consideration and there will be some technical complications while implementing so it's better not to hurry things until you sure that it's perfect enough because we don't want to create any chaos in the existing system until that we will be used to it of existing system.

Sad news. I think this will be a great forum improvement.

This forum changes takes a long time to implement and it is dangerous to corrupt the database , or lead to long forum downtime.

Maybe you could hire someone to help you implement  small changes in the forum,? This forum is big for a single person job.

I assume that you do not perform testing and implementation on the live version but there was a bug with giving karma points. In essence, it is still functional, but the 10-hour limit info appears even when it shouldn't. Several users confirmed a similar thing.
