RPC providers: What even are they?
« on: October 15, 2024, 10:31:36 PM »
I saw a project called OMNIA, it's something called a RPC provider, at first I was confused about what it was, ngl I still am but from what I could learn about it, it's a "SubQuery network participant who is responsible for serving RPC queries for blockchain data to their customers" according to Google.

According to what I could learn about the project, it offers a unified interface for decentralized blockchain access with advanced functionality. But even then the whole thing is still going over my head a bit so I just had to table it down. Do you guys know about this project or just what a RPC provider is in general, it will be nice to get a nice clear explanation about it. Tq

I don’t know much about it, but since it’s a DePIN project, I’ll check it out. From what I’ve read on CoinMarketCap, DePIN could be the next big bullish narrative. Given that omnia provides scalable and reliable blockchain infrastructure, offering seamless access between wallets, dApps, and nodes, I believe it's already trading on some platforms. You can do further research into it.

Yeah, I have already done my research since then. I did see that it got listed on certain exchanges. Saw that of Gate, Bitget, and Mexc so I guess you're right, the project has been seeming more interesting the more I look through it especially the feature of Seamless connection so it really was a good read.

That's interesting, omnia is listed already? I saw some talk about the project and the listing some days ago on twitter but I didn't really pay much attention to the listing date. I'm sure a dePin project like that will surely have a good price movement and good utility
