I don't know what you guys will guys will say after asking this but yes it is true that till now I don't understand this features what you are seeing on the screenshot.

Does it shows the only time when I make posts or anything other to means? Because I am seeing that most posts of mine in 6 pm to 8 pm when I sit for the forum activity in mostly.

This shows your activity time, i.e. , the time you make posts.

The problem is that this is probably not your region time, but the forum region time. Isn't it? This is why you might get confused.

You can change your time offset on the Look and Layout settings so the stats will display your activity on your local time correctly. I tried to change it and my stats were updated asap, so there should be no issue if you want to do the same. Surprisingly my posts are spread quite evenly. CMIIW.

Lols, I believe that by now, you should already have gotten a good response to your question, but just to add to what most users must have said.

What you are seeing there is a graph 📊 measuring your posting style and the time you made the most posts in every 24 hours.
Look at the beginning of the graph, the times starts from 12 am (the very beginning of a new day), and look the end of the graph, it ends at 11 pm (the last hour of the day before we enter a new day).
So in-between this hours, the graph is there to indicate the time of the day you made the most posts, it's as simply as this.

I have have been seen that too when I visit the forum and click stat in my profile but I don't know what it and I don't bother to it before and I appreciate you for asking the question because from it we will understand what it is used for. Fivestar4everMVP graph for posting style? Wow! It is strange to me. But if you said it is a graph for the user's Posting time then it will be understandable. Well thanks for the contribution.

I figured out what it meant shortly after posting though. And yes I know the forum is running in UTC time. And according to the region time, the forum is showing the correct report.
At first I thought it might be a report that we post like a weekly or monthly report. But I understand that this is not a report, it is just showing post time.

It's like the remainder of the time we mostly spend in the forum, and as per the time zone, it varies with the forum time. If I am not wrong, we had a similar one for Bitcointalk, too, but it has been disabled for years now.
Also it's available to see by any user, so anyone can check this table like format of your's or anyone else under their profile => show stats.
