This is what alot of traders do usually, when the bull run start, it Kickstart with Bitcoin first and then everyone put their money on it to get more value. As soon as it stop pumping, they switch back immediately to ethereum, that's why you see Bitcoin dominance reduce and flow to altcoins  even some Bitcoin maxes do this too and after the pump, they go back to Bitcoin.

I can't position where Ethereum will really go but there is no hype strong enough to break out ethereum to that high. This bull run seems to be more about Bitcoin alone and other opportunities on some altcoins.
