Great idea for signature bounty?

My dear friends,

We all know that signature bounty is the most popular bounty. Not only popular but also effective. I am looking for some great idea to launch a signature campaign in our forum. I want to bring some change in the current trend of signature bounty.
For example:

- Budget distribution plan.

- counting post

- stake calculation

- etc...

Looking for your opinion and great idea. Let's bring some great changes in the signature bounty.

Yes, you are right. I think bounty plan should be more reformed to make it live. Do you have any great idea?

I think it's necessary to change the rules on the forum in such a way that spamming messages was unprofitable or dangerous

Not necessarily the most popular, but tends to be one of the most profitable due to only being able to participate in one at a time and often only a limited number of participants. That's why it can be even more frustrating if one turns into nothing. It's time consuming for bounty managers to check as well. Effectiveness is questionable, but can't deny it gives projects exposure to the right demographic. Would like to see minimum requirements raised, often see other 'bounty hunters' earning stakes for low quality posts just by hitting the minimum number of characters or by blatantly plagiarizing content. Tough for bounty managers to police, but would benefit the projects in the long run if they were associated with quality material.

You have the point mate. If the bounty manager can assure it's not a scam then everything will follow and worth the effort. It's not the stakes, it's how the bounty will end with a good results.

See mate, i personally hate scammer. And I am a bounty manager too. I always choose a good ICO project after doing deep analysis. So, a bounty manager should choose a project properly by assuring 80% of the project. Because 20% depends on the raised crowdfunding from ICO.

Many bounty managers don't even care about this basic requirement and thousand of bounty hunters waste their time for nothing, subsequently becoming disappointed with bounty at all.

People are doing what they want to do, participating in various forums and bear with them "brand" or a project. It's the most cool campaign because you earn this way by doing what you want and love.

Junior member - 1, but they could earn 2 if they double their efforts
Members - 2, but stakes doubled as long they double their efforts
Full members - 4 and etc.
It's variable and fair way to reward those who contributes mostly.

I hate the idea of higher ranks being more useful, but I don't know any other productive faster way to vet people besides ranks.  Still, I would like to somehow change this to being specific to what the person did that week over what they may have done 2 years ago.. just seems like a better process imo.

Yes, you are right mate. I also hate the idea higher budget for higher rank. But it matters though. Because ranks reflect experience and also bring more trust to juniors. But sometimes it becomes useless too due to getting SCAMMEd by higher members.

I think the reward should be for effort giver. The more a member give effort, the more reward he will get.

Personally, my current project is not about staking method but rather fix payment. It has received a lot of good feedback. A lot of participants claimed that they feel more secure by knowing the fixed amount. So according to your rank, you can earn like $200 per week and your earnings will not be affected if more people come and join.

2ndly, we also limited the amount of participants. In this way, your earnings will be more secure, i.e. wont overspent, or limit the bounties amount to prevent from the amount getting too high and dilute the market.

Because of the exclusive spots/vacancy, there is warning given to participants who cant met the requirements and this will create more quality members/postings.

Bonuses can also be given. I do have an bounty advisor who are willing to provide free activation of stellar wallet if a signature participant is able to complete 2 consecutive weeks of earnings.

From what i have seen, i also saw that some signature has min posts and max posts per week. So one can post even more to gain more stakes/tokens.

I also see some signature has bonuses for posting in a particular section of the forum. So maybe in this forum, if the project is based on nem network, the signature participants can get more tokens if they post up to x message in nem section. This will create more chat volume in the section and in turn, the participants are able to understand the platform much more and hence may even convert them to investors/hodler.
