It is an old issue. Bitcoin won't replace dollars, Bitcoin only can be an alternative currency. I actually don't understand why people assume Bitcoin to be a threat to the existence of dollars. People may not see the reality of Bitcoin and its purpose. If people understand it well, they won't feel afraid to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin price is approaching ATH in March this year, but has not exceeded it. But many predict that in early November the price of Bitcoin will experience a decline and correction. I also hope that the price of Bitcoin will rise high but it is likely to happen in December this year. So be patient.

However, do not expect the correction in case of different results since the market is unlikely to decrease the Bitcoin price lower. The above events make it clear that the population is quite interested in this asset, as long as the market remains stable, regardless of the result of the election.

It might happen next month, or in the next 3 months, or in the next 6 months and we can say the word "soon" to describe all three of them.

Right now, it seems like the market is being dumped at the start of this month. Just yesterday, we've seen the price of Bitcoin almost surpassing its ATH, but in less than 24 hours, the price went down from $73,000 to $70,000 and just a few hours ago, it went even down from $70,000 to $68,000. Currently, it's at the $69,000 price range already, and although I expect that the market will recover in the following days, I hope that nobody here that are trading will be liquidated or at least making a sudden stop loss.

Hope that all here is fine despite the market correction that happened.

If the peak of the bull run is reached by 2025 which I don’t think $220 is a very much realistic price to expect in this bull run, it is better to stick and hope it gets and surpass the $100K mark. Remember that after the bull run comes the bearish cycle, which the market experience more than the other seasons in the space. I am not expecting for a $200K price at the end of this bull run, although anything can happen but it’s better to lower expectations.

Bitcoin price reaching $80-100K still remains very unpredictable as it stands now. But it is still very much likely to reach that price at the end of this bull run regardless of the peak it’s going to reach in this season bull market. The US election will have effect on the price of bitcoin because of how the candidates have shown interest in bitcoin and will have effect on the prices depending on the outcome of the election. These are very dangerous time for traders to trade except those that are much more expert in trading.

All i will say is that people should not put themselves under too much pressure, just buy BTC based on your own strategy, don't fall for fud, if not you will end up fomo buying. BTC will get to $100k, but it will probably happen next year and not 'very soon'.

I think it is more important to continue accumulating Bitcoin in our portfolio rather than continuing to speculate on prices because the price is high without owning Bitcoin there is no benefit to be gained, moreover only a price of 100k is not difficult for Bitcoin to achieve at its current price unless this prediction was made when Bitcoin was still $300, sooner or later to the price of $100k depending on the market.

Though I still have my own price prediction which is $80K-$100K. But I'm clearly not certain, so I won't be surprise if eventually it doesn't happen. If Bitcoin eventually touches $100K, then you are right and I'm also right, but if it doesn't, then I guess we all are going to move on with our lives.

I won't be surprised if I see bitcoin at the price you predicted because it touched $73k early in the year. i also predicted  that before the end of the year, investors would be swimming around the price of $120k, and I was wrong with my prediction. But my believe is that we are still in the running because the year isn't over yet, i'm still hopeful that my prediction will come true because no one anticipated that the price would reach $73,000 so quickly.
I disagree with Op's statement that the price would reach 220k by 2025 because the price hasn't reached even 100k since it development, so I doubt that 220k will happen now but maybe in the future.

Sorry but I disagree, going over X (formerly known as Twitter) yesterday and today, I read a lot of people already tweeting and saying that if Harris wins the coming US presidential election, they will immediately sell of their entire bitcoin holding because the news will surely trigger a major sell of.
And personally, I thought along that same line too, because Donald Trump is loved by holders of bitcoin, and if he eventually did not make it to becoming the president of US, alot of bitcoin holders will be very disappointed and they may likely vent their disappointment on the crypto market.

If that will happen I think this will be the best time to fill in the bags of those who are a bit late in the game and this would be an advantage for those who are waiting the best time to jump-in. Though a lot of things will happen along the way but I don't really have any idea what would happen after the US elections if it really makes the price goes up or down if Trump wins or lose maybe let's all wait and see.

As for me, I don't think that bitcoin price movements is tied to the US election. I have considered the elections as just a speculations, and there are traders that specializes on speculative trading who may want to capitalize on the election outcomes to make profit.
However, I think that Bitcoin is completely on it's own economy and not in any way tied to the US political system except that Mr Donald Trump, the former US president was trying to get some support from the crypto community to get user votes.
Donald Trump has made several promises about his support for cryptocurrency and what he will do if elected, unfortunately, this is the area some crypto enthusiast, especially speculators has gain advantage by making some claims about the outcome. Many of them think a Donald Trump win will boost the price while others said a loss with cause heavy dumps.
I think that with or without the US election crypto market will move forward irrespective of the outcomes.

BTC is above $70k, so it is very close to setting a new all time high and i predict that it will happen very soon. The price people are even concerned about is $100k, i feel so many of them want to even sell at that price, however, i expect ~ $150k at the peak of this cycle, i believe it is possible.
