doge is the top gainer in top 100 based on marketcap and most likely it is because of elon musk’s mention once again i know people do not like associating the memecoin to him since he isn’t even the creator but it’s hard to so when he himself mentions it and seems to have found a place in the government for doge that is if trump wins

since doge is associated to elon musk and elon musk is heavily campaigning for trump what do you think are the implications of this both on trump and doge especially after the election?

Before now I really didn't fit doge into my said category of meme coins for a couple of reasons. And one of them is as a result of its adoption and usage. I've come across cases where bitcoiners made statements that they frequently make use of doge when bitcoin fees are quite high in times of congestion like we had around periods of last year.

Anyways I feel doge was more of an adopted coin to an ok extent since I've also seen many cases where people transact with it for smaller units of payment. And I believe that's quite enough to pull doge out of that category or set of Meme coins.

Elon Musk and Trump are quite influential people right now for the current price increase. I am still pretty sure, DOGE will get special treatment again in the future until its price really skyrockets.

I've heard about this reason too, and it's quite interesting. We can't possibly know what the investors are thinking since we don't live their lives, we only know that for some reason DOGE price has gone up, which caught many investors' attention, they invested and the DOGE price continued to rise...

I did well on my DOGE holdings. I just sold off ½ of them which covered my buy in 2x.

And I am holding the other ½ which is 2x my buy in.

Basically I saw a 4x gain on my doge.

as a side note my LTC value went up about 20%

Last season i see that Elon Musk tried repeatedly to increase Doge Coin price, especially on Twitter, he tried to highlight Doge in various ways, but it was not possible to see any change in Doge Coin. As far I know Elon Musk will get a chance to work with Donald Trump and Donald Trump is also very much positive about Bitcoin at present due to which the price of Doge Coin will increase even more. I believe the doge coin will have a big movement in the next year and there is a big chance that it will surpass the previous ATH.

i mean he has a place in trump’s plans for the government he could promote doge to the states if he wanted to he could pump doge using his companies tesla starlink or x elon is a successful businessman and he has a lot of influence in the community i am confident now that once the altcoin season gets going doge will be a part of it

it is a way bigger mining earner than btc.  edit (per watt used it is far better earner)

My L7 is back to earning 36 a day and burning 8 of that this is a net of 28 a day with ten cent power cost.

In my home my power cost is 16.6 cents or 12.15 usd

I use a host but I can run that L7 in my home making 36-12.15= 23.85 dollars a day.

and get free heat for the winter maybe another 2 dollars a day. I would net 25.85 a day with it.

It has been proven that Elon Musk and Donald Trump have a very good effect on the DOGE coin, the proof is that now it can be felt and seen by me personally that this DOGE coin after Donald Trump's victory as president in the US. I still remember the price of the DOGE coin when I saw it was around 0.091 dollars and in just a matter of weeks it immediately shot up to a price of 0.41 dollars. I just muttered that if this increase happened to Bitcoin, maybe all altcoins would also fly up.
But there is a fundamental oddity, why don't Elon Musk and Donald Trump tease Bitcoin on their social media accounts? At least write the word "BTC" on their X account.

Even this year, Elon Musk still tries to give contribution on meme coin price development. You must know DOGE program to be made by US government, it will be headed by Elon Musk. I assume they create the name DOGE, has any purpose. One of them may be the purpose to make Dogecoin price to skyrocket. Sure, it is very possible that Dogecoin to increase massively in the beginning of the next year, it is when the altcoins season happening.
