Yes, it works pretty well now. And what a design too! I'd like to know who is responsible for drafting that announcement thread. It's a very professional-looking ANN with realistic, almost CGI imagery.

I have not used the service so I have not experienced any yet and also this is the first Ethereum mixer company I have seen in the cryptocurrency space so as such they will have some bug issues. It is just a temporary glitch and fault which they can fixed it anytime soon.

Uhhh technically the part where you said they are the first Ethereum mixer company is incorrect. Tornado Cash was also an Ethereum mixer and I'm sure you also heard about it.

Sure, it won't be easy for Rombomix because Rombomix is the pioneer of altcoin mixer. Don't worry, the team understands the challenges. The know it is quite challenging to provide something new such as Ethereum mixer. However, it doesn't mean it is something too difficult to face. To succeed, we must always deal with the challenges.

I tried to access the rombomix.io website but the result was a warning "potential security risk ahead" which allowed me to click an additional button, namely "advance" but after that there was a note again like the image below:


503 service unavailable. I don't understand what happened to the main website of rombomix, does this kind of problem happen every time?
Are there other members who feel the same way as me when accessing the rombomix website?

I don't get the 503 error, I don't see that number anywhere. What appears is a certificate error.
I'm getting the same error on different browsers and with different connection types.

500 errors are server related. Perhaps their system admin need to look at it.

Rombomix team provided the design structure and R7 promotion executed everything else.

Yes, you guys are correct. Due to time and unfamiliarity with the forum, the official user of RomboMix is not always available to manage the ANN and update it regularly. To resolve this issue, R7 Promotions is handling customer support for RomboMix.io. Royse assigned me the role of customer care representative for RomboMix.io. Although I am not a member of the actual team, I am in contact with them. I have been informing the team about the issues raised by users, and they are the one providing me with the answers.

I advise you to "communicate" any planned maintenance if you don't already do so so that people don't panic.
you can, for example, plan maintenance a week in advance and therefore work calmly without causing worry

maintenance is often done when a security breach is noticed and requires an immediate response. So there is no time to announce, hey, in a week we will work on fixing this and that omission... That would practically be an invitation for malicious actors to attack that omission.
It would probably be useful to have their own error 504 page, where users will be informed that an update is planned, and not that there are problems with the service. I'm not sure how much crypto users have recognized this change that mixers communicate via the altt forum. And will they come here to ask for information if the service is unavailable.

I was talking about it because where i work lately we do this and we have the opportunity to organize ourselves and plan our operations

When the mixer was launched for the first time, there were some complains and they corrected some so probably in the process more things to do to improve on the mixing process. And from look of things the site is fully back and with good condition. And I also suggest that there should be a review thread for the mixer so people can review the service or alternatively, if let there bonuses to participants to review the service. Now that the maintenance is done, and it was for the betterment of the mixer to render good services to the users. And I appreciate everyone for the maturity displayed in the time of maintenance.

RomboMix.io is here to render good service (mixing) in the public.

Some of the issues have been fixed, while others are still in progress (TOR/Onion & HTTP). The team is doing their best, one at a time to ensure stability. It's important not to rush the process. Yes, a review thread could be beneficial in assessing the quality of the mixer. I’ll make sure to inform them about your suggestion.
