Many crypto investors believe that Donald Trump's support for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general has the potentials of driving a significant surge in the price in Bitcoin is he succeeds to become the next elected president of the United States. Wbo knows, it might just be another political speech to fancy his voting campaign. We see this all the time as they know that the rate at which BTC investors is increasing right now is not little and thus if they can rally up using BTC or making certain promises for the BTC community then they surely are going to get good numbers of Bitcoin holders support. I won't say much as it not my country though, I know he will win this election as so many statistics has already shown it. But we should still wait to see what happens after the election... I think the question should be the other way around: will the election of Trump be a catalyst for a great surge in the cryptocurrency industry? I am watching the POTUS election closely and I am sure that in comparison to Karmala Harris, Donald Trump can speak well on the economy and he presented a better path for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency if he will be elected come November 5 and be inaugurated in January 20. Democrat's Harris is currently losing the narrative of her campaign, after just being a replacement of Biden (she is not the winner of the primary) when the media and the people found out he is already too old and senile for the job as shown in the first presidential debate. When Harris decided to face the media, she came out so short as she could not present her economic plans in a clear-cut manner and has the tendency to get into the "word salad" as she is now known for. In fact, am so surprised of her caliber of communication because it is so bad, actually. No wonder that right now, days before the election, the momentum has shifted greatly to the felon and the orange man. Now, will the election of Trump be helping the cryptocurrency industry. Yes, of course, but as to what extent well that remains to be seen.

I have never for one day trust politicians to their words. They easily say something just to get at the masses to vote them into power and when they get there, they keep acting like nothing happened and you start hearing stories.

Donald Trumps statement is not a new thing in the political space as that is what every politician would say to get the interest of the crypto community. First of all you need to realize that one of the major tools that drives the price of Bitcoin, either uptrend or downtrend is news, when there’s a positive news about Bitcoin, investors tend to feel optimistic about Bitcoin and thereby have a positive attitude towards it, and if this attitude manages to circulate, it’ll enable a lot of investors to buy more Bitcoin with hopes of expecting an uptrend and when more people buys Bitcoin, Bitcoin price would automatically increase overtime.

Now if Donald Trump wins the election, according to the news circulating, that Trump intends to Open a Bitcoin National reserve for the United States, and if truly that’s true, that means it’ll surely cause an increase to the price of Bitcoin since it’ll involve more people cueing to buy more Bitcoin.

It's something that we just have to wait and see but it seems to be true judging from the recent price changes. The establishment of a bitcoin national reserve in the United States sounds crazy to be honest but if there's anyone who could do it, it's probably him. At this moment, I think Donald Trump needed the backing of the crypto community to have some level of advantage over his biggest rival Kamala Harris which is why he began to engage in crypto related activities to convince crypto marketers and enthusiasts that he's fully in support of cryptocurrency and Bitcoin in particular. US possess the largest economy in the world so if he succeeds to win the elections, I feel there will definitely be a significant surge in the price of Bitcoin because many people who are still not convinced about the future of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general will suddenly start to think other since the most powerful man on the planet is now a crypto investor. I don't think Donald Trump will ever want to withdraw his engagements in cryptocurrency if he finally wins so his influence as a crypto investor will definitely help improve the activities in cryptocurrency market.

yes i am pretty sure some are buying more bitcoin in preparation of trump winning maybe those americans who did not know about bitcoin before are now buying as well but it is hard to say if it will be enough of a push to let bitcoin reach $80k or even $100k

we might see some downward movement if harris wins but like i always said not to a worrying amount bitcoin will be fine either way whoever wins but no point in denying that there could be some impact on the market

It really takes a process, and also Bitcoin has many pros and cons, so in my opinion, with Thump becoming president, it cannot guarantee that BTC will increase significantly, because previously BTC could also experience a price increase because there is a 4-year phase.
