Are they posts that was just viewed and no one made any comments?
Or posts that was made on the wrong thread....?
Or they are post that likely not correspond with the topic given?
Or they are posts that doesn't pass necessary information...
Or they are post with all above mentioned features?

I read some rules and regulations of the forum but didn't get much detailed explanation about shit posts... That's the major reason I brought up this questions.
And I don't want to fall a victim as a result of ignorance, or improper information.

Lastly, what are the penalties of dropping a shit post?
I'm eager to know and I'll highly appreciate your thoughts.

Perhaps it is best to quote the definition (one of the versions) which says the following:

something put on the internet that is not especially funny or interesting and does not make much sense, or does not have anything to do with what is being discussed, especially in order to make it difficult for other people to discuss something

In my opinion, shitposting is a very broad term that can look different for everyone - because different people perceive different ways of communication in different ways, and they do not have the same standards for the meaning and quality of what they post online.

There is a topic for those who want report shitposting, but there are definitely the fewest reports there for the reasons I already mentioned above. However, you have a concrete example of shitposting there, so maybe you will understand better with that example.

A shit post is any post that doesn't add value to the forum or ongoing discussion. It could also be a spam. So, when you post in the wrong thread,  share information that are not relevant to the forum or topic being discussed, create posts that are not readable due to poor grammatical structure etc, it may be considered a shit post. Although it is subjective,  different people could have their different definitions of a shit post.

Lastly, what are the penalties of dropping a shit post?

• You will receive a batch from the admin as a shit poster
• You will frequently receive a -ve karma from forum users

You will only be doing yourself and the forum good if you put more effort in creating only posts that are relevant to the forum.

As they said earlier I just want to add a little extra to what have been said . Shit post are post that are less meaningful and very short and not useful to the forum or the users in the forum . Shit post are little line post without enough meaning , shit post are worthless post and most importantly they are always short line post . Some new users do it just to add and improve the number of their activities which they will go to next rank .
  They are a lot of penalties you will receive some badge , the badges represent dis obeying the rules and laws of the forum you may receive badge like spammers badge, plagiarism strike , and many more badge which you will have to pay to get the badges removed.
Try not to shit post just make a very quality and informative post in the forum to avoid this issues .
Shit post are low quality post which are worthless examples like (hey am new here , hello I am a newbie) and so much more less useful post .

Usually, you will receive -Karma if you made something and caught in the eyes of others but if you keep doing the same again and again while ignoring -Karma then you are at the chance of getting badge as shitposter/spammer but admin said somewhere he hardly banned anyone for making shitpost but if it's necessary then it's also possible to get.

Someone can say that a post is a shitpost because he's against with the other has said so, it differs per person but in understanding it gives value to the topic but just given an opposed post that didn't like by the other party. All of the things you mentioned above are examples of shit posts. And newbies are mostly found of doing it when they join the forum, they often don't mind reading the rules. They begin writing one- or two-line posts that are entirely pointless or lack any necessary information, or they will respond to a post by saying something differently from what other members are saying, these are all shit posts.
The punishment is that you will receive a badge from the admin for being a shitposter and negative karma from other users. For example, if you have just five karma and ten members discover that you are a shitposter, they will all give you negative karma. You know that will hurt you, which is why shitposting is bad.

These could be some examples of shit posts. They are really short posts that do not contribute anything to the conversation, made with the sole purpose of increasing the number of posts to be able to participate in bounties or signature campaigns. But it is not necessary to see them like that, there are very long posts that say exactly the same as the examples I have given, nothing. They tend to be posts that move away from the context of the conversation and in the end say nothing.

Therefore, the classification of “shit post” would be those posts that, being very long or very short, do not say anything.

obviously tho it has its limitations if your disagreement comes from misinformation then that’s not really part of productive discussions anymore won’t it

Exactly, there are others that don't like arguments based on the opposed opinion. They want to see people agree with them and that's why they classify the opposing ones as shitposters. We have a consensus of what type actually is.

If they're new and trying to develop, that's fine and calling them out will give them some lessons. But if they're not new anymore and keeps on doing that, it is something else.

There are really few people who shitpost in local boards, most of them still use the English part of the forum and are easily noticeable - it's just a matter of how individual members perceive other posts, that is, their quality. I believe, shitposting in the global boards is far more than local boards!

Local boards have their own local mods, I don't think other members of this forum have to use a translator to detect whether shitposting is happening locally. Mods does a fine job. But if the mod itself is ignorant of these abuses and his responsibilities, then it's a different case.

For our local section. There isn't much shitposting, not that I am aware of. And even if there were some users abusing the system, I have seen the mods giving warnings to those users! And eventually getting tagged!

On the other hand, alttalk is filled with board and boards, literally a maze (English). And abusers are slipping through these boards to increase their activity!
