us election
« on: November 06, 2024, 03:39:57 AM »
polls are being counted right now and at the time of writing, trump is leading by 178 with harris following with 99

reminder that a candidate should reach 270 for AP to call the race and declare a winner i think the more polls are counted we might see more people buy bitcoin especially if it stays this way where trump leads so for traders they can make the most of out of this price movements in the next few hours

anyway it is still to early to call in a winner even though trump seems to be leading... what do you think?

It's almost over. At this point, the Trump camp should be celebrating. With the estimated vote in at Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, I don't see Harris flipping these two swing states.

Since he's also winning the popular votes, I guess most of US citizens were fed up with all the political correctness, censorship, and all the woke stuff that the democrats have been pushing down their throats.

(update: he won PA)

well he just won and it seems like republicans are winning everywhere even at the senate trump wouldn’t have any opposing views against him once he is officially seated at the white house for the second time let’s just hope that usa gets a better governance and by extension the world since many countries mine included rely a lot on the us

now is the time to see if trump actually follows through his plans with bitcoin

^ He just delivered a speech. It's mostly thanking and yapping but he said what I think is the most important thing which is stopping wars. Zelensky is probably sweating right now because his supply of USD is going to stop. Well, maybe not too worried because he probably pocketed some of them ;D Netanyahu's attack will most likely stop as well.

Well finally the result has been announced and the winner also has been declared. As trump has been declared as the 47th president of the united states. So right now all crypto traders are dancing and smiling, but we should still watch out for the promises he made during the campaign. But I can see his victory as a very big advantage for the crypto world and it's traders.

Licky to those who get a free ride on these kind of events I think new set of millionaires were created on this through Bitcoin and Altcoins combined. And I am actually excited to see what will happen during his term especially the term I heard from him which is he don't like people dying seems he's gonna take actions to stop the wars.

At this point, the promises Donald Trump made during his campaign doesn’t really matter. The big influence Trump has on bitcoin's price right now is a thing to be excited for. Even if Donald Trump does not fulfil all or some of his campaign promises, I am very confident that he will not enforce strict laws against cryptocurrency. Trump is just like every other politician, he might disappoint in some areas we expect him to do better, but my joy is in the fact that there is a president who has something positive to say about bitcoin.

Congratulations to trump on his election victory it's confirmed and declared that trump is the winner with all the intimidation and the court case's that was brought against him still yet he came out victorious it only goes to show that power belongs to God, trump is the best and right candidate to lead the united state of America as this present government lack the courage, willingness and power to lead the world leading Economy with this victory allot of things will be affected in the international space especially the two wars going on between Russia and Ukraine and in the middle east between Israel and Palestine

At least for the war to stop is one of the reason why I am happy that Trump won. Also we will have a president that is in support of bitcoin and will loosenly the restriction law on crypto. Trump will put a smile on peoples faces with only these two things that I mentioned above. Imagine being in war for a long time without any hope to ending it, making people to suffer due to their own selfish interests.

Kamala doesn't have to wait til it's obvious that she'd have to wait till all polls are counted.Just concede and let Trump win, it looks like what the government wants too. If Biden and Obama don't ants her to win, they could have done it better. But these two are doing the opposite in making Kamala's rating up.

Before thinking about that, let's first look at Trump's ratification as US president. The new US president will be inaugurated in January 2025. Only after Trump is officially inaugurated as the new US president, we can think about his plans for crypto industry. However, I'm sure he will remember his promises.

He just delivered a speech. It's mostly thanking and yapping but he said what I think is the most important thing which is stopping wars.
Yes, it is good that he is likely trying efforts to stop the wars. We know the wars will never lead the world's economic to be better. Even if the US takes advantage of the wars, the worse economic situation around the world will bring negative impacts to US as well. I'm sure Trump has another plan to strengthen US.

Peace is always good and diplomacy is the best way...
If Trump is going to stop the war, I'll support him, but how exactly he is going to do it, that's the key question. I haven't seen any of his ideas.
What I know is that he surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban.
Ukraine received billions in Aid, the democrats don't control Congress and they can't just send billions overseas, they need approval from Congress.

If I remember correctly, there was already a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine that was brokered by other country but the US (under Biden) rejected that which made the conflict longer. I don't think we'll know how he'll do it as this point but we do know that he's a deal maker. My guess is that China might be in the negotiation table as well.

Trump's focus is on domestic issues, especially the economy, he wants to add bitcoin to U.S. national reserves, reshaping fiscal policy under the Trump-Vance administration.
So America has other things to do. De-prioritize Ukraine and let Europe handle it from here.
Zelensky can complain as much as he likes, but he has no choice.
Trump has a better rapport with Putin than Biden,  China and Trump have a bad history but we know China is Putin's ally. So yeah, China will play more of a role here. IMO
