In recent months, he has changed his stance and now presents himself as a supporter of the bitcoin and other digital currencies. In this sequence the price of the bitcoin exceeded the record for the first time. This growing spotlight on crypto is not just limited to bitcoin but extends to a broader view of crypto assets. There are also many fears that the situation will change in the altcoins market.

I think he was still in the middle when he was elected the first time as US President, so he is neither pro or against Bitcoin or crypto in general. But in last month's election or at least during the campaign, him and his political party uses crypto as one of it's agency, and probably one of the reason as well that he won the election.

Officially next year he will be sworn, but as early as today, he had some pro crypto already in mind that he will go and put on strategic positions to boost everything, from regulations, acceptance or even mining of crypto in the US.

As a trader, I have been following the market trends and the US election voting updates, and my observation for the past two days, has been Wonderful, the crypto market, especially Bitcoin has been reacting to the news, both negative or positive for Donald Trump and Kalama Harris performance.

The pump was unexpected at my end but still it was definitely a massive one regardless. Trump's movement started the whole thing and I believe most of the rest was as a result of huge buying pressure in the market for the case of trading and buying pressure and news for the case of big firms too.

Taking the trump effect as a general crypto move is quite ok though since during that very first period of the pump literally every coin in the market was in a bullish trend owing to the sudden pump in bitcoin's price. Anyways gradually it seemed more like the general effect actually weared of since other altcoins seems to be moving more independently regardless of the bitcoin price pump.
