I'm not very knowledgeable about futures, so I can't provide any advice regarding long/short positions or leverage. Instead, I'll share my perspective on the upcoming market trend, I hope you can use it for your trading strategy.

I believe we've entered a new impulse wave and $100K could be a suitable target for this year, 2024, instead of waiting until 2025. Wild fluctuations right after the election results might occur and burn many futures orders, but they won't be enough to stop the ongoing uptrend thanks to the strength of the accumulation over the past 6 months.

I'd also like to hear about other members futures trading plans to learn and gain more experience. Futures are an essential part of trading in the financial market, and I want to learn more about it whenever I have the chance ^^

I think that would be what will happen but this would not be just about Trump being the winner but because bitcoin is an appreciative asset and we are still in the bull period. Bull run will still be in the beginning of next year.

I don't see anything changing from the usual or norms because the market have always been on this high and low for long, when we are trading, we should always know that whenever there is a signal for sentiment or resistance, we should apply a simple idea of stop loo or take profit, this will help us not to fail the whole trade completely or get our money liquidated when there is a sudden shork

Futures trading is always risky and behaves like gambling when it becomes more risky in volatile markets.  Because then suddenly the price of the coin increases and then suddenly decreases.  As happened with Bitcoin recently due to the US election when Donald Trump's support was high Bitcoin price went up and when Kamala Harris support was high Bitcoin price fell very fast.  I think that futures trading in volatile markets is similar to playing slots games in gambling, where the risk is much greater and the win is much bigger.  So I would advise against futures trading in volatile markets

That's true. Most of the platforms rewards are based on volumes and as a retail trader, might not be suitable. But some are not bad imo. They cater to retail traders and make their requirements easy.

A simple Google search would bring results though. For BTC, I think we'll see a bullish trend moving forward. First stop $80k

The next move of Bitcoin can be perfectly unpredictable but be sure that we might either experience further increase or a fallen price.
We have come to meet a surge to an ATH before and the hiking was.nit consistently as the market was also fluctuating.
Such volatile condition would still take place as the next move I'd Bitcoin in the future.

Every traders do have their trading strategies and there is no way we can all oot out of looses but rather can readjust strategically that our lost is not more than our profits.

When the market is very volatile, it’s very risky for all traders to trade at that time but some traders make use of this opportunity to get the best out of the market. The state of the market since the day of the US election have been very confusing and can lead to liquidation of a lot of traders. When you’re expecting the market to continue pumping, it may just get a reversal and turn back to liquidate your account especially if your stop loss is too tight. It is very risky but the more the risk, the more the reward and vice versa. The market is very much not a good state now, if you’re risking, risk what you can afford to lose and that which will not cause your account to be liquidated using some less reasonable x leverage for your account depending on the capital you have in it.

Yes Future trading is very Risky there has no doubt. It also very dangerous for our valuable fund. I was a future trader but future dont support me. Maximum time i was loser in future trading. Future trading is too much dangerous it can made a account 0 (zero) anytime.

Finally we can tell overall thinking future trading is very risky. And i already avoid this future trade. If anyone want to future trade then he need to gather knowledge about this trading. Even need to avoid volatile period otherwise within few minits our fund will be zero.

You are right about future trading, it's very risky at the moment as market can take unpredicted turns and those who are happy now by making hell lot of profit from their unlogical trades (even the newbies are making profit) they will be sad and will regret that why they greed for more money they should have stopped.

I think every newbie give a shot to future trading and most of them left it because they find it stressing and some think what's the point of making money if you feel be stressing over to make it. Find a less stress work so they leave it.

I think for now those who have already invested must think about booking if that's their plan if not then they must hold it, and those who have not invested they can wait for a correction or they can even buy now but the returns in my sight won't be that much so it's NFA and DYOR.
