Trump effect has really played an important role in bitcoin adoption of recent and I see it as a very positive move for bitcoin adoption in the states. Trump has really done well with this move and it will go a long way for bitcoin. Depending on how Trump hold its ground and let it been able to build a very big and remarkable alternate financial system in the country, that’s how we will see bitcoin going to stay long in that country even after Trump leave his presidential seat. Some laws can be set in place to make bitcoin not be scrapped or have any issues in the future even after Trump’s regime is over.

Speaking about laws, there is no law that is set on stones bud  as long as government is concerned.
A government can enact a law and have it passed through the senate and law makers of the country, such law can only remain in place and effective if after the government that enacted it has passed, the incoming government decide to keep and still work with the same law.

This is to say that Trump and enact crypto laws that will ensure that bitcoin becomes an intergral part of the financial system of the United States of America, such law will operate effectively while Trump is in office, but if by any reason, Trump's government passes and the incoming government is not a fan of crypto, they can decide to amend/change the law.

So in essence, lets all hope that after trumps government is over, the incoming government will still be people who love crypto and would only want to improve that which Trump has started to make it even more better.

You are right, the government can make laws together with its parliament. We have not seen what Trump will do, because he has not been inaugurated. What policies will Trump take to fulfill his campaign promises to support bitcoin and fire Gary Gensler from the SEC because he is considered to be hampering the growth of crypto in the US.
So we should wait until January next year, hopefully Trump can make the crypto world better and accepted in the US.

We dont even know on what cause up with the current rally that we do have on now on which the price is really that moving up too fast. $100k was expected to happen on next year but it turns out now that it had been able to reach up this year and we are only a thousand away with this price.
We dont know if there would be some correction after this one or would be directly seeing $110k or even more.

We didn't just see Bitcoin experience some crazy bull run, but some alts as well. That aside, the $100K is still very much possible. I actually thought there was a chance of reaching that amount this past week, but the resistance looks stronger than I thought. Still floating very much around $98K, so there is still a big chance.

Thrump's name is very influential for the current bullrun, especially since he fully supports BTC where he spends his BTC on pizza, just like Elon who accepts payments using BTC, besides the price getting higher, the existence of crypto has been recognized by the number 1 person in the USA, and the USA is a powerful country so let's enjoy the increase in BTC, and be ready to toast at the 2025 bullrun

I will not comment on the 2 ATHs that happened this year because I see it as more than 2. So the price of bitcoin has exceeded the ATH of $104K, this makes me happy because my portfolio is getting wider. And with the good movement of bitcoin prices in the crypto market, altcoins as bitcoin followers have their prices going up. I also get profit from some of the top altcoins that I hold.
