Actually as a bearish period crypto is used only when crypto is held for long time. There are a lot of projects that go dumping a lot so it takes a lot of time to pump those coins. Anyway, investors take profit during bearish periods and you may have to wait a long time for it. On the other hand, profit can be obtained by entering the bearish period for very short time. As that period is unstable due to which good profit is obtained in short time. Currently, the price of bitcoin has exceeded the record but in that case many altcoins have a red market, so we will have to wait.

For the alt season - of course, we need to wait surely to get something from the alts on the market.
For BTC - we are not done with the rally yet, so the bear isn't there at all.
Trump didn't even start to make something from his promises yet, and Garry is still there in the SEC chair.

for those who have experienced several 4-year cycles they will learn each season. and as you said each season brings opportunities. During the bearish season, we have the opportunity to buy and hold it until the bullish season. that's what I do every season and I get profit from it.
actually it's not easy to predict a season if I learn from the habits that occur every 4 years, when the season is still and when the bullish season is I look at the months that have occurred and match them with the market. that's just the method I use to recognize the season.

the right time to buy is when it is falling and when the price is still rising we still wait for the time so that we get profit. buying altcoins must be very careful and thorough so as not to fall into losses and do not follow market trends, it is very risky if we buy altcoins we follow market trends and if investing in bitcoin in the long term it is also a good idea because bitcoin is very small risk compared to altcoins.

Good investors often buy during the dips of bear market and hold their positions for long term to make profits. In bear market it's actually much easier to make 2x profit if someone knows what he/she is doing. Because during the last bear market Bitcoin dipped to $16k and some people were smart enough to fill their bags during that dip.

Now, let's suppose if some of those investors still hold their coins, they might already have earned more than 6x profit from Bitcoin only. Similar if the ones who bought Solana when it was dipped badly, then the investors might have earned more than 10x if they are still holding their bags.

One could actually make more profit when buying and holding during the bear market than one could in bull market. It all depends on mindset and strategy of the investors. Even traders can make good profits during the huge dips of bear market.

The crypto market is hard to predict, because I also experienced the same as you.
