Don't buy during the bull market, buy after the bull market.

Yes, you can still buy at any price, but of course the amount of Bitcoin that you could've bought would be even higher if you just waited for the bear market to happen. Yes, it's still a long-term investment, but at some point, you will feel some regret and disappointment at yourself because you could've got even more Bitcoins if you just waited to make a correction.

I recommend for the investors to wait for the dip before buying, but it isn't a rule of thumb, and you can still buy anytime you want to.

I disagree. Anytime is good to buy Bitcoin, as long as person understand what is long-term investment and does not seek for immediate profit. Bitcoin is so tricky, that you never know what will be its ATH. Would we wait few years to reach from 40k to 73k, or like recently, in less than 2 weeks ATH was quickly passed and updated. And for those who worry about the price drop, they can always sell and buy back, increasing held amount.
