In anything you do here with Bitcoin, take profits but I'm not telling you to sell everything. I'm just saying that have you try to hold Bitcoin when the price was below $20k and you were bold enough to ride the cycle till the price reach $100k, that was the price everyone was literally hoping to see but then again, sentiment change and want to see $200k, it's better to take some profits and see where the rest goes.

It wouldn't be nice if you have hold everything from bottom to the up and yet you couldn't sell anything for a bigger price and then you will have to hold again and again many times when others will be having the opportunity to buy again for another ride.

If you're earning in Bitcoin now you solely deserve it because it shows that you are patient and it pays to be patient and this is the result. A guy asked a question in this forum he said when Bitcoin hits $100k should we continue to HODL or we should use it. So I'm passing this question to you don't tell me just keep it personal. For me if someone has multiple they can use it and leave the rest.

I've been DCA BTC since the end of 2022 and I'm one of the lucky ones who are currently benefiting from the ongoing BTC price surge. Feeling victorious over the market with such a simple strategy is truly comforting and gives me more confidence and strength to stay in this market.

I will start taking profits when BTC hits 100K USD as I believe BTC price will need a necessary correction before further growth, and at the same time, I also want to protect my investment or use that capital to invest in many interesting altcoins with the potential to grow faster than BTC in the uptrend.

my investment in bitcoin is the first time i have really invested in something and has owned an asset in my life i have held and earned huge money before but seeing my bitcoin grow this much without me doing anything and just holding it does give me joy i did not expect to be this happy seeing how much it grew

It did changed my life for sure. We're all waiting for more skyrocketing that it can do as of this moment. Although that even if it had done so much already, it's making a lot of us greedier and thinking that it's still too early to sell. To be honest, that's how it is going with my thought as per looking at the price. Despite that I am in profit already, I am starting to wanna walk with the most that are still holding up to this point and no idea when they'll start selling.

Not aware of UK laws, does gains tax apply to even crypto—crypto conversion? If it's so, it's really mood killer indeed but I would still sell though because in 2021 bull run I didn't sell due to tax rates (30% flat), bears arrived, my bags got significantly worth less whereas had I sold, I would have been in a better financial position today even with paying taxes.

Taxes always burden us and that's the rule we have to follow the rules of the government. I also experienced that. But what else can we do, we live in a country that has rules and if we break them they will punish us. If there is another way to reduce taxes, I will do it unfortunately I don't have to what

I am happy for you and I am also glad that it worked for me as well although I have already sold 50% of my funds at $87k (no regrets) and the profit was just 2x not enough to be honest but we must be thankful and be happy with what we have got. But more can be made if a more risk been taken right?

There were many alts in my sight which made 4x to 7x but I did not had the courage to invest more then a $100 in them haha that's the honest thoughts of mine. But seeing the result I am happy and willing to take more risk now.

I would say I am content with my life, although there are regrets (some in crypto, some in relationship matters) which sometimes keep me up at night — wish I could have known/done better.

People make mistake. People fail. But the bad part is when we make the mistake and not giving us experience. But if you learn from your mistake and make amendment for such not to repeat itself, you are good. Also buying time for bitcoin will still also come again. Just be patient.

I agree. Take mistake as an important lesson because failure cannot define on what we are in the future but instead it can be a fuel for us to be better in the future. Never give up because if you will then then you are losing the game. Bitcoin has a lot of opportunity for us to make money we just need patience and timing to get in and out.

I have also sold some of my bitcoins at a price below yours, but not all of them. I also do not regret it and feel grateful because in any case I have made a profit and this is in accordance with my target of selling bitcoin at a price of $ 85K.
I store it in USD and prepare if there is a correction I will buy some potential coins, and I have observed that. I will buy BNB, Solana, TON, XRP and DOT but I see that the price is currently high so I will wait for a market correction first. because in the current strong condition of bitcoin, I feel hesitant to buy.

Although not bitcoin holder, I am very happy right now after bitcoin success hitting new higher price and close reach $100k, but still need time for altcoin holding with their moment waiting altcoin season but today have show some of potential altcoin have grow up.
I think the most happiness moment for all bitcoin holder after bitcoin success hitting to higher price but got disappointed or short term trading can't trade or earn daily day profitable due bitcoin get consistent reach higher price.
Wish several days later have correction moment awhile and opportunity for us buy back bitcoin before recovering to $100k or reach more higher price.
