As promised by Trump, he will kicked SEC Chairman Gary Gensler on the first day of his administration but since Gary has a fixed term until 2026 there can be a problem if he will insist to finish his term. Of course, the new Trump administration will convey to him the big message that he is not anymore welcome in the club and that he should go and this is same sentiment is expressed by well-known leaders in the crypto world.

There is a circulating rumor now that Gary Gensler will be resigning within this month and be leaving his post before the Trump inauguration in January 20, 2024. I am sure that once his resignation will be official there can be huge pump in Bitcoin and yes XRP.

Are you with me on the crusade to get Gary Gensler out of SEC as soon as possible...or do you think we should be thanking him for doing a good job in the agency overseeing the crypto industry?

I think you over hyped who Gary Gensler is. He is not the president of United States but a SEC governor. If you see bitcoin price to continue to increase, it is not because Gary Gensler resigned or sacked. It is because we are in the bull time and in connection with Trump that won the election also.

It was Gary Gensler that accepted bitcoin ETF. We saw how the ETF sentiment also increased bitcoin price. Not that I am supporting the man but just implying how his resignation may not have effect on bitcoin price.

Gary Gensler has been the best thing for Bitcoin, whatever will come after him, if he is crypto-friendly will be a shitcoin lover!
He got hate from centralized exchanges and from people wanting to sell shiny tokens without any barrier, he has said thousands of times that he considers Bitcoin to be the only decentralized true currency, so prepare for the worst, the ones waiting for him to replace are the ones that saw no problem in how FTX was run and want exchanges and token issuers even less regulated than before.

I'm grabbing my popcorn in order to witness the amount of Ponzi and pump-and-dump schemes with no culprit that is going to hit the us.

As long as the law still exists, Gary Gensler cannot be fired from his current position and the rumor circulating on social media that Gary Gensler is resigning from his position as SEC chairman is not real in my opinion, I don't mean to defend him, we just have to make sure whether it's true or false, it's better if we wait for further news about all of this.

Really? Honestly, I don't know much about constitutional law in the U.S., but maybe President Trump can't fire Gensler, but maybe he can appoint someone he trusts more to oversee the US SEC and transfer Gensler to another branch of their government agency; maybe that's possible, right?

Because that's how it is in our country's government: if the officials of a government agency are not in the same party as the administration, there is a sudden reshuffle of officials who are allies of the country's leader.

I am with you on this crusade because when he will resign, the market will pump not only BTC or XRP but all market will pump and altcoins will also pump and investors will be happy like me. I did not heard any solid rumors about his resignation but if he resigns in this month which is already very bullish then BTC will be touching $100k in a glimpe of an eye.

He tried to regulate crypto and went after big exchanges and did everything by law but the friendly policiy that Trump has promised will be more beneficial for the crypto industry and he won't be able to complete those orders so maybe that's why he will resigns.

I think he deserves a big thanks haha just kidding. I don't want anyone to resign from their posts or don't want to see anyone losing a job or a post or a rank whatever. But the news and hype of him resigniing is too much that it will surely pump the market and as of now he has tweeted too that he will resign so it is in the best interest for all of us and for crypto platforms as they will be given more better hands but hope that bad actors won't misuse this free hand and the policies.

Now only war remains a big threat to the market and that is getting some serios action, I think it will take more serious look until 20th of Jan as after that Trump could make some decisisons to stop the wars ongoing in international world till then he can do only small tasks only in USA.

His wining and his promises really played an important role and if crypto community will speculate and trade on the basis of his each promise then I think on every promise fulling we will see a new meme coin and a new NFT maybe. Each time it will be a memorial time and I think market will pump each time as well.

Many people disagree with Gary Gensler, so this is what triggered Trump to make a statement that he would fire him. because according to observations, Gary does things that hinder the growth of crypto and this is not good for the progress of the crypto currency. As if the SEC is held by the wrong person while crypto is a technological advancement that should be supported.

Well, I don't know much about the man and neither do I have any outstanding knowledge of his work ethics, but then, from the effects of his decisions I've seen so far in the crypto industry, I would say that there is nothing to thank him for, because he actually did more harm than good to cryptocurrencies and its adoption.

But we can't blame him entirely since he was working under a government, and must be following instructions given to him, he must do well to resign before Trump assumes office, atleast, doing this will save him the shame of being fired, or running into conflict with Trump since it's clear that Trump doesn't like him..

It is still a rumor but Bitcoin and XRP have increased well. 
Sure, there will be higher increase in Bitcoin price if Gary Gensler really resigns from his position in SEC as a leader. People will be more enthusiastic and feel more confident with crypto coins because Gary Gensler always becomes the source of the problems. Moreover if the new chairperson of SEC will be a person who is friendly with crypto, I'm sure all crypto coins will increase their prices (not only Bitcoin and XRP).
