I was hearing someone who was talking about him making massive profit on certain tokens because he got in early...and I mean, really early. Some that he mentioned are PNUT, which I also bought, and ACT which apparently increased 30x since when he bought it, he said he bought it the moment they got listed but personally, I know that buying at listings don't always work out, I learned that the hard way when I just started trading lol. Still, I want to know if there's a trick around it that makes it work especially with something like PNUT, since I also bought quite early but he still made 17x off it. Please, let me know. Tq

Its called strategic accumulation, and this happens after the token launches or when they are in a presale. This is the strategic accumulation stage; you need to have trust on the project and the amount that you are going to purchase is the amount that you will likely get huge profit, You also need to be a member of groups that are announcing what token or coin to launch and that group has a good reputation and had a good track record of launching good projects.

17x is a high profit, you have already gained a lot.
But to be very early when the project was still in Bandung, it was very difficult and not easy to find.

Actually there is no really trick here. Just survey and decide which of the new projects will make it on the top and then invest on them...now if they happen to be successful then you make the money you are looking for and in case they fail to explode then just like gambling you lose. And since there are so many choices and there are so many hypes out there, it will be your job to analyze and determine which can be big winners or losers. Get as many winners and you will also WIN. That is as simple as that...though honestly it can also be risky especially with memecoins where we can just be focusing on breakout winners but forgotten the so many thousands that never make it even on exchanges. There's no secret trick there, it's just a bold decision to take the risk whether make good profit or losing the invested amount those are the most two common scenarios when you invest early. Investing at the time of listing is not that great compared to buying at the time of pre-sale so that's the only change I want to implement that will change the return from 17x to 50 or 100x if the project became successful. But like I said you can also lose your capital so invest only if you are ready to accept that.

I mean there's no secret recipe for that thing. Your friend might just be lucky enough to buy PNUT and ACT early and made profit off of it. I mean you can buy all of those low market cap meme coins that you can see on Raydium or pump.fun and pray that one or two of them will make you money. Of course, your friend risked it all and his risk paid off. There's no secret to that, but it's just a matter of making decision on whether you buy that meme coin as early as possible or not.

The earlier you buy the token, the higher the risk of it being a scam coin, but that's what makes investing in cryptocurrency exciting.

honestly i don’t think there’s any real strategy here a lot of it boils down to luck it doesn’t matter of you buy pretty early if it ends up not getting any value anyway or you holding too long that you end up not selling at the right time

but what i can say is being aware at all times is key if you want in early you have to be constantly updated about new projects some acquire it even before it gets listed which is how they can get decent profit early on

Good point. I might mention i know to Bitcoin to people i trust, but i also ask them to do their own research since i don't want to be blamed if they suffer loss or fall into scam. But asking isn't bad idea, since it's unlikely you'll receive worse response than refusing to give any advice.

One of the secret in getting early to an old project is buying the coin/token during the dip, or correction periods. Another secret in getting early for newly start up projects is buying during presale after proper search of the project usercase, reliability, continuity, and developments plans fort future etc.
Many people take advantage of buying new start up projects coins/token without minding if the project will be successful or not.
In my opinion, buying coin during presale is the best but it goes with some risks, may be unforeseen risks even after proper searches is carried out.
