Why are there less Dapps on Solana?

Solana users are now focusing a lot on memecoins alone and that is very evident with the emergence of hundreds of thousands of memecoins every day non-stop. Solana Dapps may only be a few that continue to be actively used such as Pump.fun, Raydium, Jup, etc. and other Dapps are just complements.

Only a few Solana Dapps have large TVLs while those who focus on memecoin search use more well-known Dapps such as raydium.
So it is indeed the Dapps that are mostly used by the community compared to other Dapps even though they are on this list.
Actually there are so many new Dapps but they have not been able to outgrow other Dapps.

I think solana blockchain is basically focused at memecoins.

While mosf important tokens and new apps are still in ethereum ecosystem,  like most the AI projects .

I still believe we will see an AI run and an ethereum strong recovery in the next months

I don't think Sol team wants Sol to be flooded by memecoins although they are boosting SOL's price on the market. Sol team chose Sagaphone and BONK to trigger the recovery from the ashes, and they succeeded. The side effect is it turns Sol into the favorite blockchain of memecoins

Currently, a few dApps are still running but the ecosystem doesn't have many new dApps to serve DeFi users in the future. Even some successful projects on Sol like Jupiter are not mentioned as frequently as when it was first launched. The price increase of memecoins has overshadowed many other potential projects that are more important for the Sol ecosystem.

This is because of Solana code language "Rust" it's like a c++ so it can give a lot of oportunities without any restrictions

there are many memecoins in the world and even more being launched so it would just be smart for the team to not want their network to be known for dead memecoins although it is not exactly their choice since no one can know which ones would do well or not

maybe in general the solana network is not mentioned when it comes to memecoins i noticed that other networks seem to be the popular ones when it comes to memecoins though not to say that solana do not have it anymore but it is not the only network to be used nowadays which is why maybe why the hype has gone quite a bit

Solana still needs a lot of community to support creating many Dapps, if OP sees and compares it with Ethereum Dapps then I think it's not quite right, I just think critically if OP compares Solana and Ethereum Dapps.

Looking at Solana now, I think that one day it will continue to grow rapidly for the development of its Dapps and maybe it will approach Dapps from Ethereum. Looking at the ranking from Coingecko, Solana also continues to overtake BNB.
For BNB, it has a mainstay, namely the centralized exchange Binance, while Solana does not have a centralized exchange but is able to provide a lot of marketcap resistance from Solana to BNB.
