I have read a few about SUI.
The team is composed by people from Meta, who were working in Libra.  Now they left emta and created SUI.

I am considering moving 10% of my ETH stash to SUI.

Do you guys have any thoughts about SUI? I am a bit disappointed about ETH  , maybe it is time to move on.

If the bull run continues, maybe ether may still increase in price. I do not know but it is still possible. Ether was so disappointing. But its price did not decreased yesterday when the price of bitcoin and many altcoins are decreasing. Although, if it is me, I do not have interest in ethereum and SUI. My interest is in bitcoin. Any altcoins can disappointing at anytime. SUI has grown 10x already and it may dump hard if bear market comes. With how the market is right now, I prefer to wait for some days or weeks before buying.

If you look at Ethereum, it is a bit disappointing with its price fluctuations, it's just that Ethereum is a bit slow to recover its price compared to its increase, but it is likely that many people will still use Ethereum. If it is for investment, it is better to switch to Bitcoin because the risk is very small compared to other coins.

I personally prefer ETH than switching to SUI, considering the price, ETH is more promising in terms of price movements, even if I am disappointed with ETH, I will switch to SOL or BNB as a replacement investment

Perhaps the desire to transfer 10% from ETH to SUI stems from ETH's weakness and SUI's strength over the past few weeks. ETH has yet to return to its 2021 ATH, while SUI continues to set new ATHs and generate profits for investors.

I believe Sui is a promising project and if it succeeds, it could yield significant returns for investors, more than what ETH can offer because ETH's market cap is already quite large and it's very difficult to achieve a 10x or 100x return.

Every investment decision carries its own risks, but 10% is not a huge amount. If you've done your research on Sui and believe in its future, you can take a small risk for the chance of a larger return.

I think one generally retarding thing about altcoins and meme coins is that they perform with season. It's more like their sustainability is based on the intensity of hype during that particular period and as a result they usually  turn out to underperform when they lose hype. Literally speaking, ethereum was a project with high hopes when it was newly launched and little by little it started underperforming.

The sui network looks like a quite nice one in terms of performance. But the question is how long is it going to hodl? Personally I believe although it's still possible to take on Sui now , I still believe you are quite late based on it's price trend.

It has 1/4 of solana marketcap, which means it can duplicate 2x (400%) if it reaches solana marketcap

This would mean SUI price tends to go down when those coins are minted. To keep the current price with all tokens minted, it would have the same marketcap as solana .

Well you have a point. In your quote I actually emphasized on "IF". My reason for that is because although you may be correct it's still a speculation. Yes SUI has potential but how sure are we that it's progress would continue exponentially even after now? Remember you are actually stirring up this discussion because of an honest move to invest in an altcoin with potential.

As a result of this it's important that you weigh your odds since "IF" like I said earlier is a conditional statement. The question is would you be able to chill if SUI doesn't go as expected? . Anyways you never can tell except you take the risk though.

I saw some posts on X talking about the release of tokens
If I'm not mistaken, there will already be more tokens to release december 02, and some users have even made a comparison that the token drops a week before, but when the tokens are released it seems that the price is already stable

Now I don't know if it's worth it hahaha, of course it's your decision, but many of us are discouraged by ETH
At least today it seems to have woken up a bit

If you are to look into the ethereum market price of recent, you will see that it has crossed $2,500 already and this may be the only indication which we may use in believing whether its getting closer to the season for it to pump and make it to above $4,000 and from there we hit an All Time High, while regarding the SUI, there is more to know and discover about it as well, but for now, one should invest wisely and take time, it may also pump soon.

I read somewhere that someone predicted ETH will go as high as $20K when the alt season will peak at the right time...though I don't believe on it personally but the idea is that ETH remains to have a big potential for enormous growth ahead. Now, with that said, there is nothing wrong with diversifying your crypto investment portfolio and I am sure that SUI can be a good choice. I heard many good things on SUI and I think its price has not risen that much so you can at the right time. Good luck on your SUI adventure.

Though ETH seems a little bit disappointing in terms of its strength in price recovery for some time... I still have some hope on it.... And I have some ETH on HODL.
It wouldn't be a bad idea Investing in SUI, because I saw the spike and it's strength of price jump during this bull season but I couldn't grab some of it due to some reasons.

Securing 10% of ur ETH Holdings to invest on SUI isn't a bad idea at all, seeing that this SUI has added some profits to investors portfolio.
I may not be able to speculate if it's positive price trend may continue for a very long period but I can say before the bear season, SUI has a great potential.

I like ETH too, but SUI has more potential obviously, even if it has done few X already, so bought small stash week ago, and planning to hold till mid of next year.
