I'm not prepared for it and well, that's what makes the crypto industry a fun market to invest with. Unexpected things can happen anytime just like this one. I really didn't expect that it will happen this year, but it is what it is. Lots of notifications coming from different crypto apps on my phone is popping out already because of what happened.

Regrets? Regrets of opening a short position on Bitcoin maybe, but I already made a cut-loss as soon as I saw it surpassed $100,000. I lost there, but I care about less especially I'm holding Bitcoin. I already have a beer on my fridge already to celebrate this huge milestone. What's next for Bitcoin? Maybe maintaining its price above $100,000 would be the next objective.

I have been expecting the $100K historic event for Bitcoin within this month of December though I never thought it can happen on its first week. Of course, like many of us, the only regret is not having a good number of Bitcoin in my stash but anyway am so happy that we are finally here...and the next target will be $150K which can happen maybe within the first quarter of 2025. We are entering a very exciting phase of Bitcoin and I am wishing that nothing extraordinary development can capped this energy which may push back the price of BTC below the $100K zone.

i was off reading something when a couple of exchanges notified me that bitcoin has indeed reached $100k many telegram groups also started celebrating it was totally unexpected as i have predicted it to stay along the $94-95k mark for at least this week i was fairly certain bitcoin will reach $100k by the end of the year but i did not expect it to happen today really unbelievable

the next objective will definitely be to surpass $100k now lol maybe a bit greedy but this now opens up a chance for bitcoin to reach $120k or even $150k but most likely it will happen next year

I think that you could express a best comment and topic in your post. So i am also agree with your valuable opinion. We also very happy to saw this high level in bitcoin. Because many investors and crypto users also expected this position. We also know that many telegram users also celebrate this stay in $100k. Because they Couldn't understand easily bitcoin price reach in $100k as soon. So i believe that it will be best achievement for this users. I also believe that it will be best achievement for there, who will be wait until reach in bitcoin $100k price.

I was totally surprised to see how BTC just touched $100k because I was not expecting it to hit $100k even in 2025 and it really hit it and outperformed all of our expectations, although I alread considered that it has touched $100k target because touching 98k is same for me.

Overall, I don't regret because I did not sell my BTC yet but only half and half I sold I am now using in alts but to be hoenst the one half in alts is not making me enough profit that the other half in BTC is making me now haha. BTC is the king now I think BTC will easily touch $150k and it should be very easy for it too. What you think?

A few months ago, if you had asked me whether it was possible to see a $100k benchmark this year, I would have quietly said no, given the state of the market at that time. The rise of Bitcoin to $100k was surprising, but now that it has happened, it’s something to be excited about because our accumulated Bitcoin has yielded good profits. However, I’m just waiting for next year to sell some part of my Bitcoin for profits, as the bull run in the crypto market typically occurs every four years. It was pretty surprising. To be sincere I was already contemplating on the chances long before now that we could probably be on the way to experiencing a pull back sooner. And in addition to that the pump was surprisingly fast to me because it had been a couple of days since I last checked bitcoin's price chart. The whole thing was like I saw price around $96k last time and in a couple of days we are already past the $100k mark.

I found a couple of Twitter posts that were discussing how  the pump was was also partly as a result of political moves. Anyways how would this pump turn out?

Well, if you don't sell, you already missed the opportunity to make a profit on that spike. Now it drops back again to $98k we don't know if it spikes and crosses again to the $100k level.
There might be some weak hands out there who sell their holdings after seeing $100k+ level.
Let's see this week if it would touch again to $100k because, from the historical data, we should see a bearish season this month or next year in January and that's the start of altcoin season.

Well, I never thought that we will going to hit this early, I have speculated that it could be hit at the end of the year so that we will have a good celebration. Nevertheless, the bulls have other plans and so they make it this early to all of us.

No regrets or anything, we have been singing since the start of the year to accumulate and save and be ready for $100k. So for sure, there are a lot of us here who are very happy to see the historic price but I don't think that they are going to sell. We are still waiting for the biggest run next year so just continue to HODL.

I completely agree with this. I have been using a DCA method and holding BTC for years now, and I think people like me are starting to get scared. Will BTC really hold this 100k mark? Long term fib-analysis says this looks like the peak for now. I am considering a pretty large sell into tether (temporarily, which I will DCA the inevitable dip/bear season) and also top Altcoins before their peaks (ADA, RENDER, SOL, which will hopefully peak Q1 2025). Trying to do my best to mitigate risk. Does this seem like a good strategy? Does anyone have any advice?

This position makes me happy and sometimes I also have a position where I also have to understand how this cryptocurrency trading works and it turns out that it is true that the 4-year cycle is highly anticipated by all traders and investors.
This 4-year Bitcoin cycle is very true, especially after the halving and it turns out that now we can see that Bitcoin has passed a price of more than 100,000 dollars. A value that I did not expect and even though I knew Bitcoin when the price was 43,000 dollars, I thought it would not reach a price of 100,000 dollars. Bitcoin does have a solid community.

ah yes i was also expecting a correction actually hoping for one so that i could acquire more bitcoin hopefully before $100k mark hits i do not know why i was so confident there was going to be a temporary dip before $100k but anyway bitcoin dropped down below $100k and for people like me who were hoping to buy a few more before again a peak of the bull run this might be our only chance

is it because of trump replacing gary gensler with paul atkins? i do not know the time frame but it is possible since afaik it happened on the same day or at least not earlier than 24 hours between
