BTC hit 100K USD: have you taken your first profit in this uptrend?

Today bitcoin have significant downtrend after success breaking new ATH now have dropped under $98k although take few hours only before recovering back to $101k. If have faster recovery looks not difficult for bitcoin keep at uptrend moment but today we got shock after bitcoin success hitting higher price how easily get down trend.
But if can return back to higher price looks at the end of this year bitcoin have positive moment making another new ATH for the next year, however waiting until few days later with bitcoin opportunity will break out more the latest ATH price or keep at downtrend moment.

Like I said on my previous posts we shouldn't keep holding BTC everytime the price touches to a new ATH we must sell because we will miss the chance to make a profit at that price because later, based on the previous price action, there's always a sharp price dump because other traders are always ready to what will happen everytime the price touches to a new ATH just like what happened recently. I am not actually expecting to see that it will drop again at $98k but it happened, and there's a sudden recovery at $101k it still below the moving average at 200 length in 1 hour time frame if you believe that the price will rise again, this is still a good opportunity to buy back again if you sold your BTC at $108k.

Yes I have made good profit from crypto this season and this is the first season when I took some good entries and stick to them last season I was new to the field and had no funds but now I am glad I saved and invested some funds into crypto it really saved me a lot trouble and made me a lot money (not that much of course as for a dude making $1 profit daily, if he made $10 is a lot IYKYK haha).

My plan is very simple, if you have bought the token, just book the profit and keep it aside, just the profit don't sell the token if its a good one like from good narrative then keep it hold otherwise sell all.

I think the highest it can go is $150k and the lowest it can go in my opinion is $130 at least although the fingers are still crossed as many things fakes news are already in the market creating FOMO and panic so people are booking now and exiting now but I personally don't want to exit the market now because now it can give us around %30 or more pump NFA.

An old bitcoin investor who bought bitcoins last year would be a big fool if they didn't sell now because they have a lot of profit in their bag at this point. To me, investment means that if you get a profit, you have to sell and run back to the investment. Because if bitcoin has another big crash then there can be huge losses. I always want to give more priority to the profit part. At this point i want to chase some altcoins because there could be a big pump for altcoins in the coming days.

Whether it's stupid or not actually depends on what their main sales target is.
But selling gradually when it reaches the ATH point of $100k is a necessary sell, because taking some profits is a must to make the portfolio increase and be able to buy back again when the market experiences a correction like the current one.

Investments will not last a lifetime, and yes we need to take profits according to the target price we want to achieve.
And taking some of the profits from bitcoin then buying altcoins that have the potential to reach the ATH, this could be a good alternative option to double the profits since the altseason hasn't really started yet.

1. I don't think I have sold any of my crypto yet because my plan to sell, is by next year. What I have been doing since the start of this season is applying the DCA strategy as I can, waiting for next year when all the price targets I have in mind to shoot in so that I can sell for potential profits.

Just few hours ago bitcoin dump drastically until touching $92k however current price get recovery back to $97k. Bit unbelievable how easily bitcoin significant down trend after keep stable above $100k and last few days ago success hit to $108k, now at downtrend moment awhile and can't guarantee will get faster recovery or bitcoin have another lower price such tweeted before by CZ bitcoin will dump until $85k.

CZ doesn't usually make public predictions about the BTC price, but if he were to do so, it could cause investors to worry and start selling BTC. The spread of this sentiment could actually push BTC back down to 85K USD, making his prediction a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I usually focus on the overall ATH targets for the entire season, rather than short-term corrections. I've taken some profits and will hold those stablecoins until the next crypto winter or use them to buy tokens at significantly discounted prices

Altcoins are still following in the same direction as bitcoin and we are yet to see how they’re going to be performing overtime. The bitcoin market is still taken the dominance in the market and until the dominance is over, we won’t see the altcoin season happening now. Bitcoin is very much likely to continue on its bullish trend as 2025 is still not yet started and has been predicted more to be the year of the bull run than 2024 even though we are already on it from now. The market is still very much bullish and until the bullish trend is over, I don’t think that the altcoin season will come and see a significant profit in many altcoins that have been invested in against the bull run yet.

I have also started DCA altcoins after the halving and am currently experiencing slight losses but luckily BTC has brought in greater profits, enough for me to take partial profits. Investors should also consider the RDCA strategy to protect profits and maintain a stable psychological state before the upcoming major fluctuations in the crypto market.
