The major thing is knowing how to follow the market smartly because you could want to trade the market and went other ways, usually trading on bitcoin/USD is the most secured and reliable way to trade than other pairing up other shitcoin to trade.
Most times it's more important to hold if you don't really understand the market movement and actions during unexpected increase in the market.

Long-term holding strategy is only true for BTC and luckily we have BTC to secure profits in each new season. Those who want higher returns have prioritized altcoins but currently, most of them cannot have as much profit as BTC holders because bitseason is still ongoing and altseason has not yet arrived.

Yes this is the only way to overcome the market for long run because bitcoin season is still running and we shouldn't lose any sat at the cost of trading if we don't know how the market reacts overtime. We can still apply DCA before the market bull starts fully by January in few weeks now. Vast majority of people are into saying that the bitcoin bull will start by Q3 next year but I seems to be a bit lost because usually bitcoin bull starts from January and above.

Since the time before the month of November, bitcoin started rallying in price, right? and even continued to ATH several times after the US presidential election counting. So when bitcoin reached the price of 80k$, there were other btc holders who took profits that would last for a long time holding bitcoin.

And the others took profits because they knew there would be a short correction in the market at that time, they made them sell and they bought back again until now.

Anyone who knows what they are doing in Bitcoin investment or trading will surely make profit from it and if they knows how to study the market and how the history work perfectly they will definitely make profit from bitcoin investment, even though some people seems to hold for long time once you knows how to take profit you would definitely make profits from creation of several ATHs.

Yeah, anything is possible in the cryptocurrency world. Nobody thought Bitcoin would break its previous ATH before the halving. But it happened. Last time, some Bitcoin analysts like PlanB predicted that Bitcoin would hit 100K in 2021, and I was holding tight relying on those analyses. But that did not happen and I lost a couple of thousand dollars.

Sometimes we have to expect the unexpected and sometimes we have to be ready for any situation. The crypto market is so unpredictable. nobody knows what is going to happen after a decade. But let's expect something good.

We've just entered 2025, and historically, it will be a good year for the crypto market. I don't know what will happen in the future, I'm just ready to act in different market scenarios. Thanks to DCA, my average price is quite low, so in any case, I will always be profitable, that's my psychological advantage.

I take action according to the market movement. My maximum portfolio is in Bitcoin, and I do not have any problem with that. For now, I plan to exit the altcoins market even though I am not making a profit from my altcoins. Some gave some return already, and others are still recovering. Nah, if you want to be an early bird, you have to buy before the investors start to move their investments to altcoins. If you start buying when the investors have already moved their investments to altcoins, you won't get a good return. So, for now, I am waiting for the altcoin market to move a little more so I can get my initial investment + some profits.

I agree with you, we should buy before investors move their funds to altcoins because if we are late and there is a shift in funds from bitcoin to altcoins, the price of altcoins will increase and we cannot buy at a low price.
Currently it seems that altcoin season has not started so we still have a chance to buy.

I don't know if this is a good idea to hold Bitcoin while it is already 100K. This is probably the right decision because I believe 100K is just a checkpoint, and Bitcoin has a long way to go. This Year thats means 2025 is very important for cryptocurrency, i mean 2025 will good for Bitcoin and others currency. We know Donald Trump has been President of USA. He is positive person for cryptocurrency. Various time Donald Trump told positive comments about Bitcoin.

So i think within short time we will saw another up trained. Few days ago Bitcoin price hit New ATH which was highest price for bitcoin history. Then i was sold my Bitcoin and after few days when bitcoin price come down $93k then i was bought again. And i will hold that.

Yep it seems investors are waiting for trump's promise after the inauguration because many of trump's campaign promises to support bitcoin and crypto.

This is also a risk that we must be prepared for, in addition to the upcoming statements from the FED. The market may fluctuate faster than we think, Stop-loss is necessary to protect our profits this month and next.

I am more optimistic about the future of the market in 2025. BTC can definitely reach higher price ranges like 150K USD but the journey from 100K USD to 150K USD will not be easy. Investors will continue to be mentally tortured to be able to continue hold to target
