I agree with you. We must be more careful, especially if we are holding altcoins. Many of them don't show great progress until now, how long to wait for the altcoins season? I don't know if we are getting bored with this bullrun season, but it should end up until Q4 2025 if we consider the previous cycles. At least, it will end up at Q3 2025 if it is faster than the previous cycles. I don't expect for a sooner winter.

Not all big players are really holding bitcoin.

For example, blackrock is not holding. They just make the custody of bitcoin, they are not exposed to the price.

Yes, good advice to continue to be cautious and alert to all sorts of things that can happen in crypto.
Because of the crypto market that we cannot predict even though we have made good predictions and strategies.

Now Bitcoin is going through a correction that is causing all Altcoins to go down, Bitcoin Dominance is up beyond 60% and this is a crucial position for Altcoins, Altcoin dumping is always happening as you said about Trump's memecoins that will only be abandoned and will not reach ATH anymore, Purges of Altcoins or memecoins that are worthless and undeveloped will continue to happen.

And there weren't scams on ETH when it was launched? Weren't then tons of NFT that went to dust also?
You can say scams happen more over Solana but so has a ton of stablecoins traffic, leaving the more expensive networks.
As for being the bets after BTC, I have some doubts on that, it's not the most decentralized, it's not the cheapest, not the most used, and definitely one of the poorest in terms of monetary gains, so other than the market cap what makes it the best right now?

Undoubtedly Ethereum still has a huge gap from other crypto currencies  because in terms of price many are still no way near it. Back in the day Ethereum used to have meme coins on its network as frequent as Solana does these days. However it seems tables turned in that aspect.

If in the next 2-3 months there is no big change in Ethereum price, we can assume Ethereum may fail to reach its ATH in this cycle.

The problem of ethereum's under performance has been a discussion for quite a long time now. I can still remember vividly when the whole crypto ecosystem was in a general bull session, ethereum seemed to break the 4K mark but as of now it seems to still be floating around $2k+ which obviously isn't a good sign.

There is also a high chance that many investors left the ethereum ecosystem during that general bull market probably switching to other altcoins or even bitcoin.
