I’ve seen many projects list, gain hype, then traction but fade away. All in a span of one year and it’s rampant this year. Will we ever see a community grow to be as strong as the big 3? Even XRP that’s been dead for years still have a loyal community.
There where truly lots of projects that got listed and died away because they had no futuristic plans to stay for the long run. Most times, these happen when the ideology is to make a quick profit from the success of the project and disappear into thin air, not having the mindset to continue in the ever developing and competitive cryptocurrency community.
For the big 3 cryptos in the market, Bitcoin remains outstanding, cause of it's weight in the market and when cryptocurrency is called up, Bitcoin is the number one. ETH has been almost as long as Bitcoin, and the ETH team has been on a continuous development to maintain their second position.
XRP had it's hard time because of its legal challenges, this could change as time goes on, cause of the news of lifting those legal issues. With lots of positive news for XRP, we could be seeing some good price reaction on it as time goes on.
Communities will come in, they will only have to deal with what they think is needed in the crypto industry, and they can try to maintain their grounds on those new developments. Keeping up with the competitive community, is what will give them an edge to remain, otherwise, they will fade away.
