You may be looking at Satoshi's bitcoin fortune on a one sided directions. If Satoshi owns $1.2m bitcoin, it may not be compared to Elon Musk fortune of $450b today's figure in the future because as bitcoin is growing so may Elon Musk wealth growing too.
Economically speaking, It is possible that as Satoshi's Bitcoin hit $450b, that is, if Btc price reaches $300k, in near future, that Elon musk wealth may also grow above $450b or below at that time.
