Cake wallet is great, probably one of the best cryptocurrency wallets for bitcoin, monero and other altcoins.
What I like most about Cake is good support for cutting edge privacy solutions like Bitcoin Silent Payments, Litecoin mweb addresses, support for hardware wallets, etc.
They also have other cool services like crypto prepaid cards and gift cards.

I hear Cake Wallet is popular on Monero community, but your statement is weird
1. Cake wallet seems to support more altcoin than 6 you mentioned.
2. It's free software wallet, so what you can do is recommend it rather than giving it.
3. They do not mention support crypto to fiat exchange feature.

It's not really a new wallet and kind of user friendly so it's not only for geeks by for any person who wants a non custodial multi-crypto wallet can prefer it.

I never used it but their built in swap feature is kind of interesting, anyone who used can explain whether they need KYC for swap and also how about their fees structure of swapping?

        -      It seems like this wallet mentioned by the op has been around for a long time, maybe I should try to study it and use a small amount to learn what it has that other crypto wallets don't.

Since other people here agree that this wallet is fine to use, according to their experience, maybe I'll try to allocate other crypto assets to it as well,

There is no need for any kind of KYC when using Cake built-in exchange, BUT they are using third party provider, so be careful with that.
I tested few swap combinations and I was getting rates from Trocador.app so you can also check and compare that directly.
If you want to be sure and swp coins without KYC than better use eXch or decentralized exchanges like Bisq.

I did some research and found mixed reviews. Some claim they were asked to provide the KYC details to swap but their official representative claim there will never be any KYC even for the swapping too.

I knew about the anonymous exchanges like exch and Change but built in swap with No KYC will be a deal breaker though especially for Monero.

Did you actually ready what I wrote in previous post??
I clearly said they are using third party providers for doing any coin swapping.
Trocador or Cake themselves are not asking for any verification, but some exchange from trocador could do that in theory.
