I also see it as a normal market activity because there are likely many investors who sold their bitcoins when the bitcoin price reached ATH $108K and some also sold it below that price causing the bitcoin price to experience a correction.
We must remain calm because the bitcoin price will go up again because there are likely many investors who are buying bitcoins again at this time.
And I think there is no other way to look at it because the market has already started to recover and besides, we all know that we have not seen the real altcoin season start yet. Altcoin season will start and when most altcoins start to break their all time high prices, then we will have to understand that Bitcoin's holiday has arrived and Bitcoin will soon be running out of bear season again. Since I don't see the market situation as being in a good state right now, I think we should put all other thoughts, if any, out of our minds.
I think the market is still fine, because this is just a correction. And I think the altcoin season has not arrived because there are still many altcoins that are far from ATH even though some have touched their ATH now.
And the current market condition is due to the impact of the correction from bitcoin after reaching its ATH.

Once we are not perfectly satisfied with the market indication for the festive period, it's a thing we can just hold to adjust for doing trades by the month of January which is next year, because we are just a few days to that, the market may not give the right speculation needed and we may not want to afford loosing more by this time when we should be rounding up our profits for the year, trading us not what we can just go into, except we have the strong believe to do so.

Agree. It is just normal correction, we don't need to feel worried. Sure, the peak of altcoins season seems not happening yet. But I think it already started, you can see many altcoins have increased their prices. Some altcoins hit a new ATH, while other still struggle to reach their ATH. yes, Bitcoin very often influences the prices of altcoins. But it will have no longer big influence toward the peak of altcoins season.

I am also saying the same thing market still fine because it is doing only the correction. And also the big organization ETF huge outflow is also one of the big reason. And as well I want to also say that yes it is also a cause Bitcoin reach on a New all time high price and I want to say in the near future in after every new all time high price record of the pump Bitcoin will make its correction on the market and that is natural.
We don't have to afraid about it and till the altcoin season started.

Yeah, there is nothing worry with current price action of Bitcoin in the market. All is well, and if there is a huge downfall it is just a correction. Honestly, base on my analysis, when the price reaches $70k I will still consider it as valid. Well, with current price of Bitcoin it's hard tell that it will happen with a single candlestick, and yes it's true, $70k is too far from the current price but with the big negative news about Bitcoin or cryptocurrency it will probably reach that price. And if that happens, that's the best time to invest all your remaining funds in this cycle.

what do you think is the overall mindset of an investor during this time of the year? do you tend to relax a bit during the holidays or do you work extra hard to make money and celebrate the holiday a little more festive? do you change anything in your approach during christmas and new year's?
I think it is normal because many investors may have the intention to gather with their family. So, they may convert their assets to fiats. And there will be no much demand anymore because they may stop temporarily. This actually already happened many times, it is not surprising if the market drops during christmas or the new year event. I'm very sure that the market will skyrocket again in January 2025. So just be patient for now...

Yeah, holiday is the time to relax with love one, a time to leave the market for the seasons.
However, there are types of investors that never convert the investment to faits because they are going for the holiday season, these investors includes long term investors, investors that are on impairment losses and holders etc. It can become a complete loss to convert an investment to faits when your investments has no yield during the holiday season.
Whatever happened to the prices of an assets during the holiday may be as results of low activitie but may rebound when the market officially opens.
Moreover, traders may be more in numbers that may leave the market during the holiday like this. This is just my opinion.

The top altcoins have not yet overcome their previous all time high. That is why we can say that the market will be even more bullish than it is currently. According to some people they assume there is no guarantee that it will be bullish, but I will say that even if all altcoins do not reach all time high in a bull run, but some will reached to new ath that is not happening yet. Especially the way Ether advanced in the last bull run has not happened this year. On the other hand, none of the top altcoins, including XRP or Solana, Dogecoin have been able to see a new ATH. That is why we will say that a bullish movement is definitely waiting.

Yeap, there is  nothing to worry about this market.
But I am seeing that in the social media people are in FUD that maybe we are end of the Bull season and in this season also we will not see the altcoinseason. And they shows the causes as the whales were liquidating there fund.  But I will tell believe in the past cycle and if we just go back and check that 2016 and 2020 then we will see that we are in the middle point after having to go the bull season on real high.

I guess most people spend time with family during the holidays, but very few investors want to make money from crypto on that side as well. Since we accept crypto as a secondary source of income, most people spend their free time on crypto. The most important thing is to rest because a good mindset can lead to good profits from any business. Anything that happens to asset prices during the holidays can be a result of less activity, so there are many investors who sell some assets before the holidays. There are many people who buy something towards this holiday because there may be a small dump in the market due to the absence of some investors.

As usual during the New Year holidays there will be a decline because many investors focus on vacation with their families so that trading volume decreases. I am sure that after the holidays are over the price will go back up, I also bought some coins this week for short-term investment.

I have seen some that will always like to close their trade for the holiday season while some wont do that, because everyone have their own way of approach used in trading, but these kind of method to close trade by the end of the year is more familiar with the forex trader while in crypto, we have the whole season to think and plan ourself for more and better trades once we are convinced to do so.

Bullrun will happen next year so we don't need to care about FUD on social media that says bullrun is over because for me this is just the beginning of bullrun. Next year we will see crypto prices soaring high. Moreover after trimp is inaugurated it will likely have a positive impact on the crypto market. I am also still calm and still holding my kojn coins and I am targeting to sell in Q21 next year.
You are right. I also think that we should avoid various FUDs on social media at the moment because currently I see that most of the investment related FUDs are spreading and are having a slightly better impact on the market here. So I think now we should not believe in these FUD traps but analyze for ourselves what the price of bitcoin was like in the previous bull season and when it started its bull price.

We must do research and have good analysis to avoid FUD, I agree with you we should do research if there is FUD and check its truth because lately FUD has been rampant ahead of the bullish season. for those who have long invested in crypto always understand FUD and choose to remain consistent with their initial goals.

As we are already aware, there will always be FUDS in the crypto market and usually they can easily spread in social media as people seem to be attracted to unconfirmed and speculative information that can affect their decisions either positively or negatively. As people who have been in this market for years, we are already experienced on this phenomenon and we can already know a FUD when we see one. Just the way I am seeing, FUDS actually add more excitement in the market though they can also lead some to make bad actions and that is something we should clearly get away from. This year am sure there will be more FUDS like an avalanche and we should be warned about it.
