So I wanted to give +1 to a comment but misclicked and clicked on "-Karma" button, this was unintentional action and there is no way to revert it back. Could we have confirmation dialog or something before karma is given to avoid mishappenings?

Could we have confirmation dialog or something before karma is given to avoid mishappenings?Let's try, I tried giving you -Karma and then +Karma to correct my mistake, your Karma was 49, after -Karma it became 48 and then after clicking on +Karma it became 50. So if you gave someone -Karma by mistake then by giving them +Karma and problem will be solved.
