We experience so many empowerment scheme in the middle of the year but non is recorded successful,but i believe federal governments might have released this money to funds the scheme but those in charge will divert the funds to there personal accounts,then move to another location gather few persons and take photos to send across to federal government,why this set of people are the one's abusing state and federal governments,just a little empowerment you showed us you being in there position you will do worst than them...
