We are all saying something meaningful and only needs more clarifications, a business plan is what comes first in other for us to have a picture of what we want to do and how we are going to achieve it, while the structure is a procedural pattern to be adopted in getting it done, this could involve the organizational structure, financial structure, administrative structure, employees and work structure and so on, all with the aim of ensuring a quality delivery of every process involved in the business without leaving any behind.

I totally agree with you, one needs to have plans about the kind of business we want to invest into because if we don’t have the plans, that is all what it will take for one to achieve it, the advantages and disadvantages, what we must consider and so on, all this is what we should know about because we can achieve what we want. We cannot have a solid plan of something and we won’t benefit something good from it, it’s not possible.
