better to know which digital assets they consider securities or commodities before getting more into those assets to keep. such a good reason to sell for now and wait for the legislation to be finalized because you may be keeping the wrong ones and if they consider token security, its still going to make the price dip.

I am expecting a better regulatory environment for cryptocurrency under the administration of Trump and the industry has a good voice in Congress and maybe even in the Senate. There will surely be new regulations that will come into force including stablecoins and a decision on CBDC. I am just wondering if there will be some focus on memecoins next year and if the government will do something about it.

i doubt they will focus on memecoins that much since their focus would most likely center towards bitcoin and stablecoins memecoins would not yet be the priority however with the involvement of elon musk in trump's administration can say otherwise he might have some influence on trump and might convince him to at least take a look at memecoins too anyway even if trump himself ignores memecoins elon's association with the us government would mean a lot if he talks about a certain memecoin in the future

It looks like they are in a hurry to push for bills but they are basically regulating the companies issuing the top stable coins right? I guess they want more control/involvement for every USDT/USDC that will be minted. I'm expecting a little push back for proposed regulations that will invade privacy.

Honestly, I'm only interested in BTC volatility after the US takes supportive actions towards the crypto market: accepting BTC for national assets, enacting a legal framework for market management, and promoting a strategy to make the US the world BTC center. As long as BTC price grows, the entire crypto market will grow, especially as altseason is currently expected by investors.

Personally, I hope the Web3 trend will soon return once crypto becomes a legally regulated sector in the US. Polkadot could continue to lead this trend to success, similar to the 2021 cycle. I'm holding DOT so I really want to see its new ATH in 2025 ^^

i do not even think he knows what memecoins are or actually understands them maybe you mean elon musk because he was the one who tweeted about doge which basically opened the doors for the rest of memecoins from what i know trump has never mentioned anything about memecoins but with the involvement of elon musk he might be influenced in the future but we will see

I think that Donald Trump may focus on Bitcoin, plus probably Etheruem, better regulations for the economy, Bitcoin mining, the bitcoin strategic reserves etc, as part of his election campaign promises.
I am looking forward to Donald Trump 10 promises made, I think one of the promises has been settled, the appointments of SEC chairman. Looking at the nine Left on the list and hope he will implement them gradually.

The answer to you question is yes we are going to see some difference compared to Gary Gensler regime. It is actually the prayer of many crypto enthusiast, to see a new SEC chairman. Donald Trump promised a new chairman, fortunately, a new one has been appointed waiting till January 2025 to resume his duty.
As regards investing on certain coin that may be a security, it better to ask some experts about the security of some coin/tokens on the crypto ecosystem before investing. However, waiting for the SEC to confirm the features of some coin/tokens is a good ideas too.

I think TSLA or other companies of Elon will surely pump besides this I can't make another comment on stocks or forex because I know nothing about them. I mentioned TSLA or Elon's company assets to be on top because he has some good plans for the modernization of world and we all know, each supercycle of commodities is done by the huge, robust demand of commodities and Elon is making products not necassary in big demand but the material is just crazy and expensive and with time the usage will be crazy as well I might be wrong here as I said I am no expert in outside crypto space, and just to be clear I am also not that expert in crypto space either haha.

elon’s robots definitely made a huge impact this year but it is still in the early development stages despite it looking impressive already there are still more to be done and i know he will continue to work on his products next year but aside from extremely rich people who else will be wanting to buy his products when it’s not exactly essential to have it? it is unlike crypto where you can buy small units of it so even those not so wealthy ones can afford it

With the problems facing the world, I do not think that cryptocurrencies will be a priority in Trump's first year, and let's not forget that some of his measures may lead to increased inflation and thus affect interest rates, which affects the price of Bitcoin.


So even if Trump's promises are true, there is no guarantee that the price will rise.


As for adoption, it will not happen in the short term, but it will be much better than Biden era. Let's not forget that everyone will push towards centralized solutions.
