Is this a good time to stop DCA BTC and focus on DCA altcoins?

        -     If there are fanatics in bitcoin or altcoins, I'm sure they won't stop doing Dca on assets that they want to hold for the long-term. Then there's no one here who can tell an investor to stop doing DCA on bitcoin or cryptocurrency because that's their choice.

For example, the majority of my holdings are altcoins and so far I've been doing DCA on them, and I'm pretty sure I'll make a profit on all the altcoins and meme coins I hold before this bull season ends.

The pattern and work are the same if you want to HODL long-term BTC or coins that are considered potential and fall into the good investment category. If it's just a temporary swing and taking short-term profits, it's better to take advantage of market volatility.

Is this the $4000 amount you are using in Dca for the crypto assets you mentioned? If yes, I admire you for the dedication and belief that you have in those assets, though I also hold some of the others, though not as large as the amount you are allocating for them.

DCA is just a way for investors to take advantage of time and their stable income instead of competing with professional traders in this market. We should use our strengths instead of confronting the strengths of others

Most altcoins will fail in this market, so even with DCA, choosing potential altcoins is still a process that requires seriousness and experience. I think ETH and BNB are quite good choices, XRP and SOL are also attractive but unfortunately, I didn't dare to take risks with them during the last crypto winter.

Yeah numbers are very relative living in the state of New Jersey  , USA and having say 100,000 a year income is okay but not great.

Some traders are willing to buy at a high price to sell at an even higher price, and they have profited by buying BTC at 75K USD and selling at 105K USD. They are experienced investors, they understand the market and always know what to do.

I'm not as good as them and I believe many new investors also don't have enough experience to make timely and accurate decisions. I can only use the advantage of time through the DCA strategy for BTC and altcoins. It may not bring huge profits in the short term but it helps me have a more stable mindset in the face of any market fluctuations.

Such significant differences in economies and living standards. $100k a year is a very big amount in most third-world countries because $100k as a total net worth would make someone wealthy, earning that much every year would make them too much money to handle unless they are very reckless with money and have no money management skills.

Some people just don't know how they should use the money they have to make more money with it. You are doing great, of course, and I have always had the wish to at least have a reasonably large amount that I can use to trade cryptocurrencies and earn a living only with that, so far, I haven't been able to get near that wish of mine, but maybe one day.

By the way, if I was in your place, I would barely buy and hold altcoins for long term because my belief on most altcoins isn't that much after what I have seen happening with some projects in the past.
